    I ordered hid lights for my car. They didn't come with everything that I needed in the kit. I emailed them to send the lights back. It took them 3 days to respond. And they told me to send them back I had to pay a 20% restocking fee and shipping. 20% of my order would be $14 and shipping would put it at $20. After I told them I didn't think it was right to do that, they responded 2 days later and said they solved my issue and won't respond to any emails.

    Do not buy from this company. When you call their phone # it tryst to sale you tvs, boat vacations, and hotels. The # doesn't say any about led light street. I wish I would have reviewed better before I bought. I don't think they will refund my product but if they did its all threw email and they charge 20%restocking fee plus you pay shipping. The headlights they sold me won't even fit in into original brackets they were supposed to be dual beam, there not its all junk. Please take my word for it and do not buy from this scamming lying company.

    I have never had such a horrible experience as I have with this company!!! They clearly have no intentions on sending me the item I placed an order for....and charged my credit card for it! I placed an order for my son for Christmas with them on December 8, 2022...despite many emails to them....they hardly seem to speak english when responding....and all I get is they are checking the *************** they just stopped answering at all! I will be filling a dispute with my credit card company. I decided to do a ****** search on the company's reviews...this is what I found...the BBB complaint section!!!! What I want to know is....how does this company continue to be able to operate????

    Placed an order two weeks ago and have not yet received it but my card was charged for it. I contacted many times them through email, got one response that they were checking with the warehouse about my order, now they no longer respond back to my emails and they never answer the phone number that they provide. Terrible business, dont order from them, they will just rip you off!!

    Horrible, before item even shipped (which was super late of delivery time) I tried repeatedly to cancel because it was accidental to say the least I got no response be it email, call or otherwise, charged me and sent it 3 wks later and no matter what I did, it was apparent "they did not care" I didn't contest the charges with my bank although I probably should have but, I didn't even have the info to send back if possible...so I just ate crow...if I could put 0 stars I would...

    Sent the wrong replacement part twice, both times I specified what I needed. After sending the second replacement the company never responded to my emails and could never get a person on the phone. I would never buy from this company or recommend anyone else either.
