  It started well with Waren writing the scope of work. The Insurance funds were acquired and the work begun. Promissed 2 months completion date and it toke them 2 years instead. It did not pass inspection multiple times and the buyers cancelled the purchase as a result! The project manager keeps procrastinating given the tight deadline and that I have given him all documentation required to assess and correct the poor job he has done. Patterson management needs to pay attention to customer service, quality and timeliness of thier work. I NEED JUSTICE!!

  Our condo in ********** had a water pipe break last fall. Fortunately, our neighbor discovered it early before it caused significant damage. Rocky ******** restoration did a nice job with the immediate clean-up, and recommended Patterson Restoration ( a subsidiary of Patterson Homes) in Mesa for the repair work. Our project was comparatively minor - water damage to a bathroom vanity, baseboard molding, and a section of carpet at the entry to a guest bedroom. We were out of state at the time, and despite our efforts to stay abreast of the repair work, communication with the Patterson work crew was poor at best. Promised completion dates were repeatedly not met. It took weeks to finish a fairly simple job. We had to rely on our neighbor for pictures and information. When Patterson billed us for a job they claimed was complete, we forwarded them pictures proving it clearly wasnt. We were told that our guest bedroom would need its carpet fully replaced and that Patterson would replicate the original carpeting from their wholesaler. We do know by way of pictures from our neighbor that some water-damaged padding was replaced, but we have reason to believe that the new carpeting was not installed. We politely invited Patterson to disprove our assumption by simply providing us with an invoice for the new carpet with date of purchase. ************ very reasonable request several times and got no response. The carpet cost was the most expensive portion of a roughly $4,000 repair effort. We paid the bill in order to move on. I even offered to return a lock box they left behind. No response. The first **** of any responsible construction firm is its willingness to communicate with its customers. On that score, Patterson Restoration gets an F, and their failure to respond suggests they cant be trusted.
