SCAM AND BLACKMAILING PEOPLE !!!!I applied for remote data entry job to Liveops *************** seeing an advertisement in ********* After interview and filled out with my information through surveyheart.com on specific page of Liveops ***************, they send me an offer letter to accept or reject. I reply replying the offer over email. Then real scenario started. They told me that my sensitive information, that I submitted through surveyheart.com, is needed to be deleted from their database and it costs $50. I paid $50 through paypal (I should have used my common sense) and they started to blackmailing claiming more money. First they said for all information to delete it needs only $50 but $50 was increased to $100 for each information delete. I was late to realize that this company is a big scam. I have all correspondence with them to prove what I am reporting.I do not know this scam company is a partner of liveops.com but they are running advertisement in name of Liveops ************** in ******** and blackmailing people. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!

I signed up with them years ago and now I remember why I let it go. I spent $25 and 2 weeks of my life JUST TRYING TO LOG IN. I got bumped out, resent a password, fixed the password and it still wouldn't let me in. Two days I spent over 5 hours each day trying to get it fixed. You can't get anyone to help you. If you're lucky you can find the email address. They'll answer you maybe every 3 days and tell you everything is ok only to find that it is not. You ask for them to call so you can have an actual CONVERSATION with a human to discuss what's happening and they don't. I have no idea how anyone actually makes money because they don't help the agents at all! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET ME LOGGED IN!!

This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever endured with a Company. I passed ALL their requirements, including the background check, to become an agent and even received my welcome email with my login information. However, I tried to reset my password and was unable to do so. I contacted their support staff and was told initially that I didn't pass their security check and was terminated. I received NO prior communication regarding any issues nor was I contacted to offer any additional information. I requested specifics on multiple occasions and was given generic uninformative answers in return. First it was a security excuse and then it was breach of agreement, which confused me since I NEVER got started. Now they're saying "Your business has been identified as having information associated with multiple fraudulent accounts." I've worked for businesses that are affiliated with Government entities and never had any issues. ***** CLEAR OF THIS BOGUS "OPPORTUNITY"!!!

Worst experience with a business. I heard they were a scam and then I heard some really good things so I decided to give it a try the scam part was right. I paid all the money to get access and they said I stole customer information when all I did was create an account. The customer service in multiple departments is the worst I've experienced and that is weird seeing that they are a customer service platform. They refuse to refund me any money I took...So they took all my info and my money and lied. I would avoid them if I were you. THEY'LL be shut down soon, which is sad because people need jobs but they're stealing money and it needs to be addressed.

This company has poor management. They lie to you to you over and over again. They give you a list of old Do Not Call leads to be paid talk time on. Old Do Not Call leads are trash. They shouldn't even be called again.

Don't waste your time and money. It will cost you weeks of mountains of information in traning at no pay to you. You have to spend your own money for very expensive equipment that they require and has to be the ones they appove. If your lucky enough to get passed that you cant get hours. When they are slow they will let you go after all this. Basically use you and your talents the dicard you. Don't put your money and time into this company. You will definately get burned by them.

I was told by a supposed hiring manager to apply by downloading a third party anonymous messaging app (Telegram) and text a phone number which corresponded with information I found online for Liveops. The interview was ***** and I was only asked 2 questions with no resume needed and I was told I was hired. I expressed concerns over the process and was met with no reply or consolation. This companies all around secrecy (no public phone number, no email to contact a specific department, no contact info at all) shows me this is a scam.

After spending 4 weeks in an agreed unpaid training I was removed DURING nesting for placing callers on hold; after receiving one counseling session I booked a coaching call weeks prior to just to be reassured that I am familiar with the info since its accelerated in a self paced learning environment. After my coaching call I received an email stating "You've been removed from a program due to a breach of contract. Setbacks like this happen, and not all clients are a good fit for your home business - thats okay! If you'd like to explore additional opportunities, please view them here" with no explanation of how my company breached. However, I added a note for the invoice because they UNDERBILLED me and woke up being removed from the client; this was all within a matter of 24 hours.

I thought this was going to be such an amazing opportunity, I have never been so wrong! Needing to make some extra money to help pay to have our 19 year old son admitted into a rehab facility I was so excited to start this new opportunity. After being offered the position I accepted immediately without any hesitation and a few minutes later I was told I needed to purchase a $30 prepaid green dot **** card, the following morning I did just that, shortly after I was informed I needed to send $200 "right now" so the training material could be downloaded onto a laptop they were going to be mailing me, I had to send the money over the Cash App to the vendor, ******* and I questioned the amount but did it anyway and I was going to be reimbursed the following day. A few more minutes pass and I am told that I need to send another $100 "right now" because the program that was getting installed onto the laptop had to be updated (not sure why that was my responsibility) so I sent that and again promised it would be reimburse the following day along with the previous $200. The next morning I was to check to see how things were going and after I did I was told I had to send ANOTHER $150 to cover the shipping for the material and the laptop but I would be reimbursed. I told the hiring manager that I can not afford to send them more money and asked why this was not mentioned at the very start of our conversation and all that was said was sorry for the inconvenience but I had to pay it. When I refused to and demanded a refund because I was done and not going forward with the job, shortly after that I got locked out of FB and Instagram, I asked why they feel that its okay to do that and I was told once I pay the $150 shipping I will get my accounts back!! I'm heartbroken cause not only am I not making the extra money I am now out $300. I was also told that if I pay the $150 that I would get reimbursed $800, I would have paid $450 so why was I going to get an additional $350?
