    The support from this company is pretentious and dismissive. As a Liveops independent contractor, I have never gotten an issue resolved without having to make at least five attempts.

    I have been working with this call center for many years and have been dropped a couple of time for inactivity along with other ppl that I have referred and Liveops requested to reapply again investing a fee for credit check which is not much but I feel it should be documented that a general/high response line had specific hours expected because on their home page when applying it states suggested but you schedule and set your own hours, due to my full-time job I was able to work at least 2 hours a day (sometime not consistent) the support website they use to communicate is not clear and easy to use but I requested clarity several times just to get the same answer that they just terminated for inactivity and I was just on the phone working the day before it was shut down.

    Im a liveops contractor. Liveops is a temp agency that I feel is a scam. They make you wait 5 weeks before receiving a paycheck. On top of that they refuse to pay you for any classes or trainings. Its just not fair.

    I tried getting a job and paid the background check myself as I would only do contract work. I applied to jobs and hear nothing so I contacted support an the first two times I was told I wasnt getting the job so I applied again. Same thing so I filled another support ticket and this time it said it was my security check but it was fixed an I could apply. I did an nothing so again I filed again asking if there was still a problem with me applying. This time I got the reply of there being a problem with my security. Bull malarkey! The person said they would let me know an that it takes up to 3 days. Thats been two+ weeks.

    I will have to say, of my working this, this was the worst mistake I have ever made. I will warn but also say, this is my experience. Not evidently that of all. 1) Work at your own pace. There is no working at your own pace. I have been with live ops for 2 years now, and not made a *****. I signed up for several programs and when you get down to it, I had tech problems and they told me it wouldn't count against me. It did. All my work was for naught. If you like going to school, not so much working it might be good. You will have to pay for your background check though. Tech problems continually. They will not give you work for a long time and some say you are taken out of work. I have done this work before and it's not that hard. Not so much as the "training" seems to make it. There are trick questions that slow you down. A lot has to be down in 1 or 2 days. And, life does go on. If you want university work. Then go to school, you probably won't work. It's contractor work so they say "your business" It's just a job. Be very, very careful what you get into. Don't pay for things that say it's a job. I had to leave 1 star, I wouldn't give that.
