I have gotten a few calls from this company, the Collectors name is ******************, I have always tried to ask what it's in regards and the person calling has never told me what the purpose is since he claims it's Not my Account, it's my wifes account, so i remembered telling him in the past Call after 5:30pm please, that way i'm home with my wife and i can put her on the line. Today, February 19th ****, at about 11:40am, he calls again from ************, and this time he is Extremely Rude, I asked who it was, he said his name is ******************, TCS Incorporated, i asked what the call was about, he told me " that i SHOULD KNOW" that he's told me multiple times what the call is about, maybe ive talked to him 2 or 3 times in the last year, and he's never wanted to tell me what it's in regards. Then he got EXTREMELY Rude because i told him that i Cant Remember, but i mean Extremely Rude, this is not professional, As i was Explaining a situation i can feel he got frustrated for NO Reason and started interrupting what i was saying, cut me off and "HE SAID " " JUST PAY YOUR *****************" he escalated and was just yelling, that made me extremely upset, how can this person be calling other people and treating them like this. I mean, does he yell like this to everyone? is this the way the company Trains their employees ? is this the type of skills TCS Inc looks for when calling customers, Do they even train their employees ? how can anyone deal with them when they act like this. Imagine them calling Customers who are going through so many problems, and still they have to listen to this person on the other side of the line yelling at them. I don't want this person calling me anymore! If TCS Inc considers themselves a professional collections center, they would not accepts this type of Behavior, i feel bad for their clients. Just look at their reviews, Awful, i'm not the first person and for sure wont be the last if they keep treating everyone like this !Business Response

This company won't stop calling me. They are based in ******* and I haven't lived there for about 10 years. There's no debt that could be collected from me from there, because I didn't accrue any debt there. I left shortly after I turned 18, so legally I could not have obtained any debt!Business Response

In 2019 I was admitted into **********, providence recovery center for a 30 days day stay. Upon a week and a half of being there the *** calls me into his office to ask me about calling my family back in **** for an additional $17,500 to stay 60 days. At this point I had received no therapy, much less $17,500 worth of anything. Upon my family, receiving a phone call that more money was needed for me to stay longer. My family explained they did not have the money and that is 30 days was all I could stay then, so be it.Within a day or two, I was called into the office with the two co-owners and the ***, whom agreed to sponsor my last ******************************************************** the program and completing it which I did to a T.A week later, I get a bill in the mail from Thunderbird collections agency and have received threatening and very rude phone calls, despite asking not to be contacted by phone multiple times. So I finally attempt to call Thunderbird collections and try to settle the dispute with them as well as let them know that it is illegal to put medical debt on peoples credit reports and my call was handled in the most rude fashion by one ******************************I was simply trying to get the information I needed from her to file a complaint with a debt collections oversight committee, and she continued to hang up on my phone calls, telling me not to call back, and screaming that I will pay the $50,000 they claim that I owe them. This fall I was looking to get out of **** for a couple months and I think ********** might just be the place where I come represented by a legal team because its clear based on other reviews that Thunderbird collections is a shady business.My name is *************************. TBC I am very sorry you took my comments as a threat I was simply stating that you guys have received a lot of complaints due to shady business practices, and I have the time myself to look into the matter.
Dear BBB, please do not take this as a joke, or as a false threat, or any sort of threat as that was this law my intention, I am simply an advocate for human rights, legal business practice, HIPPA compliance (which TBS has multiple complaints against them, reporting health bills to the three main credit bureaus.
By the ***** of God, I am sober today, but I still faced daily challenges such as maintaining housing, maintaining a 40 hour work week job, as well as having a partner of similar interest and the fraudulent practices of Thunderbird collections has altered at least one of my credit checks. I have multiple recordings and documents of them calling and being rude and threatening, please do not take this issue lightly kind soul.
I deserve just as much a fair chance at buying a house or even let alone being able to fathom getting a car loan, or personal loan in the event of emergency.

This is not a duplicate complaint. My husband filed one as well. His complaint # ********. They responded to that one as well as being a duplicate which it is not!!I've asked them repeatedly to not call me. I will not pay this bill as **************************** lied and didn't not call me to do a final walk through with them as I requested. I paid a cleaning company to clean the entire place. There was no damage caused by us or our tiny dog. Everything was in the same shape it was when we moved in except the carpet at the top of stairs down. This rotted due to the air conditioner leaked water all down the stairs they never sent anyone out to dry it out. This is not my fault! I've asked for them to take to me to court and we'll see what the judge says. And they just keep calling anyway from different numbers! They called again today!!Business Response

I've been getting phone calls from TCS and I have no idea what its for. They do not leave voicemails. I have no debts on my credit report. in ********** it is illegal for companies to add health care bills to credit reports. I have paid all of my medical bills in full to the appropriate billing agencies as well so this wouldnt even be applicable. i believe a hospital or other provider sold fake debt to this company and they are harassing me trying to get money i already paid.Business Response
