I used to be a customer with a ************ some people as they come from Verizon. They knocked the door. They bring some stuff like we will give you the free phone. We will give you a free tablet. We will give you a free TV if you move to come from cricket to Verizon I accept that one I almost bring 10 line with this people I supposed to pay only $125 for five line or $250 for 10 line. I called them again. I told them that I supposed to pay $125 for five line or $250 for 10 line at the same time. I got some main customer service people from the ********************** that they hung up on me. They didnt resolve my problem so I tried to call couple more times And now it is time that they put it on $166 for five line I wanna leave them but theyre saying if I leave them they will charge me for the cell phones that they provided and Im telling them its un used phone. I will send it back to you guys And they dont care. They dont listen to that one. I dont wanna move out of this situation because if I move, they will report it to my credit and my credit will be messed up so I need any help if somebody can help me out how to take care of this I will be really appreciate it. If not, then I have to go use that Verizon lemon in the town so that way the people see that one and they lost their business but if somebody can help me out, I really appreciate it. Thank you so much waiting for an answer.

Hello *********** are not our customer; we sell ********************** in a business-to-business environment only. We do not have stores and definitely do not send sales **** door to door. Your complaint should be directed to Verizon direct or whomever the agent is that mishandled your account. We have not sold a phone to a consumer for over 4 years, it seems we are the only Verizon business in AZ on BBB and catch all complaints.
