  MY house, which is only 3 years old is totally falling apart.The stucco cracks, the interior walls are ripping as they used PAPER to round the corners, the paint job is the worst I have ever seen and the walls and counters are pulling away from the grout.I found out there is NOTHING IN THE WALLS....JUST THE OUTSIDE! NO INSULATION.I WOULD LIKE TO JOIN ANY CLASS ACTION IN *******!

  ************* is an understatement!!The whole company needs to have customer satisfaction training. Everything about MTH "Morgan Taylor Homes" is terrible - quality -communication -respect They try and do everything they can, not to fix stuff. Sliding glass doors being held together with a belt and two poles so they don't open. Why? Because the door was installed broken. Windows that don't lock, closet doors that don't slide and the response we get " if it's not life threatening there is no need to worry" once again from the same person ********************************* is worthless!!DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!NexGen is the better choice!

  This company is terrible with communication. They cut corners and then do not want to fix things. My septic system was put in incorrectly and I found out a year later when I had an outside inspection done. At this point I do not trust their work at all.

  Taylor Morgan is horrible about communicating and fixing problems that are theirs. The real estate agent never shows up and never answers questions just brushing everything under the rug. Think twice before getting involved with this builder - we solely regret it!!!!!!

  We bought our Morgan Taylor Home in 2017 already built. Every year there was staining on the ceiling at the front foyer. Morgan Taylor came three times to re stucco and paint which nicely covered the problem up. Staining was seen again in late 2021. We wondered if the roof was leaking.In early 2022, the roofer company which installed the tile roof inspection noted the problem with the original installation which was the direct cause of the leak, something about flashing or defects - I apologize for the poor description as I am only a surgeon and not a roofer.The roofer also saw that part of the rear roof was poorly designed leading to rain water causing erosion of a portion of the rear wall stucco - he suggested we contact Morgan Taylor as this was an architectural issue.Many calls to Morgan Taylor were met with the response of we are not responsible.its the roofing company problemThe inspector for that roofing company no longer works for that company so the boss says the findings were not valid so there is no applicable roof warranty coverage - so much for a 10 year warranty on the roof.I know that if a doctor finds a problem and a year later left the hospital, the hospital cannot say that his/her findings were not valid since he/she no longer works there! The error or finding is still present yet no one wants to be responsible.
