My issue is the poor, ************* customer service they offer since the purchase. Im having issues with fit & seal of door, allows bugs and dirt in. I called on 3/24 to have addressed. I was informed there was no guarantee as to when they would get to me!? Yet had no problem accepting my $4,000+ price of door during initial purchase & install. He informed his scheduler to call me back, He said I don't need to be home for repair. I informed him I DID NOT want a contractor on my property without me there. I waited 1.5 months for call. Nothing. I finally called. I was told Oh we'll be in your area next week." Yet had I not called I would have never known. Two days before my scheduled repair I was told of a reschedule, their worker had heatstroke?! The new appt. date I. had another appt. previously scheduled for 10:30am across town. They assured me it would be fine, they wouldnt arrive to my home until 1 pm i reiterated I didnt want workers on property unless I was home. She said "no problem, you'll have plenty of time."Morning of reschedule they call at 11:04am, informing me the worker finished early, and are almost to my home. I informed her I wasn't. They reply well I can't have them wait for you"?! I reiterated our prior agreement. She became flustered with no answers. She told me shed call me back, never did.Upon returning home, my front security door had been tampered with. ARTISTIC ENTRY still entered my property after agreeing they would not. Their repairman sawed off a piece of metal off the framing of screen door. The angle of cut is crooked, sharp & jagged, theres now a gap between my frame and door. Theyve made the matter worse! I was never informed or communicated with. The company is unreliable and rogue !.Artistic Entry Transformations should not be in business if they cannot communicate effectively with their costumers. Their contractors are not trained for basic repairs.
