      They processed my transcript quickly. I usually leave review when Im very satisfied or when Im very dissatisfied with an establishment service. I am happy to say I am very satisfied with Parchment especially because it was time sensitive that the job received my transcript in order to process my application.

      ********** was so sweet, professional, helpful & patient! I wished she was a co-worker it was a pleasure speaking with her! She should be recognized by her boss as people only call to complain they never call to compliment someone who was helpful and kind so she should get something extra in her Christmas sock from management and be a trainer for others! ********** *****
