      It was so convenient to be able to order my transcripts from 2 different schools in just minutes and at a great price. When one of my transcripts was not opened in a reasonable amount of time by the recipient Zi contacted Parchment to see if the could send a reminder or resend the transcript and they took care of it and responded back to me within a very short time.
