Very unprofessional! I do not recommend conducting any sort of business with this company! Our families depend on them and they just dont even care, theyre very unprofessional and unhelpful!

I dont understand how they can call themselves a factoring company. They dont even have an option to upload a batch of invoices on the portal. You have to send it by email.Beware the contract, as they basically dont do much collections, you will end up doing it yourself. Even though you tell them not to renew the contract, they will renew it so make sure you have a good lawyer if you even consider them. Dont be fooled, there is a very valid reason why their fee is low.Phoenix Capital Group LLC

***, I'm sorry you feel this way. We pride ourselves on being a customer-focused factoring company and always an advocate to our customers. The option to "upload" a batch of invoices hasn't been an issue since ****************** started factoring with PCG in September, 2023. I understand you were offered a lower rate to move the business but missed the contract termination date and it renewed for 6 more months. Our rate is very competitive in the market and our contract is very straight forward with no hidden clauses or fees. Everything is disclosed up-front. I do apologize you feel this way as it is not indicative of PCG's overall factoring experience.Review fromStefan R

Worked with them for 6 months, horrible company. They kept us like a hostages for factoring with them, while a lot of families depends on this they dont care. And they are not letting unhappy customers to leave!Phoenix Capital Group LLC

******, this review is quite unfair. We have provided all of the services you agreed to when you signed the factoring agreement in September, 2023. We are now a "horrible company" because you missed the stated contract termination date and it renewed for 6 more months. I realize you had a lower offer to go to another factoring company but we've funded invoices timely, collected on invoices timely, worked with you when there have been issues. I am truly sorry you feel like we are so "horrible" when all we've done is honor our agreement that both parties negotiated and accepted.
