    These guys are JUST like the timeshare sales people. Hard push to get you to commit "right now" with a one time offer. And then they basically drag their feet and keep telling you "oh, we told you it could take up to 2 years." Ask them to show you the correspondence they've had with your timeshare since you last hear from them. They won't. They take your money and then do EXACTLY what you could do on your own - they tell you to just stop paying. They may still get me out of my timeshare. I guess that's yet to be determined (it can take up to 2 years, ya know...) But, in the meantime, my credit has gotten hit hard, and my account manager there quit responding to me as soon as I started asking hard questions and expressed my disappointment in the responses. I can't exactly call it a scam, but it's not far off from one.

    RFA Corporation was very professional and prompt when dealing with us and the Timeshare exit. Throughout the entire process (which takes some time) they were deligent and they delivered on their product. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to exit a timeshare.

    I contacted *** back in November 2023 to get me out of my timeshare. I had no mortgage but the maintenance steadily increased. For the $5,300 RFA could assist me, with a guarantee of releasing me of timeshare obligation in a timely manner, typically 3 to 6 months. I agreed in December 2023 and submitted paperwork. In May 2024 RFA emailed me of timeshare company would not give me an exit option when there is still a mortgage. As previously stated, there is no mortgage, only an ever-increasing maintenance fee. A few hours after correcting them of my no mortgage, i received to exit options. one was to pay ******** $7,300 or try for the Westgate Legacy program which would cost me $3,000. I refused and now I am on the hook for the maintenace fee's(odd years) and the $5,300 to RFA. There was more back and forth but this was the gist of it. I was told that after 18 months that I would get my money back if not resolved by then. Fra saysa they gave me options and I refused both. What happeded to getting me out of my timeshare. Case aaistant was ***** ***** and Chief Legal Counsel in ******* *****. At this point all I want is for *** to cancel my contract but they want to wait until my maintenance is due(January 2026) before they can go forward. What a shameful business. **** V ******

    I’m so grateful to the bureau for helping me leave behind my time share. I wasn’t using it and paying it of was getting stressful. Thankfully they relieved me and my husband from the stress!!! We are extremely happy, best decision was investing in their help!!

    This was the best decision ever made hiring ***! They are professional all the best through from start to finish !! I had 3 contracts with ****** , one still had a mortgage.. they were able to cancel all 3 completely, remove the debt from that last one . Most of all they gave me peace of mind, that I wasnt just wasting money in Maintenance fees anymore ,or on something that would have been passed down to my kids .. So Thankful!!! Highly recommend!!

    After trying to sell my timeshare with no luck I came across RFA Corporation, their knowledgeable staff walked me through the process ..It was the best decision I have ever made! They were able to cancel out the remaining debt of my account balance, and cancel the contract with the Maintenance fees.. They really saved me a lot of wasted money.. I would recommend to everyone ! Thanks RFA!!

    *********,What can I say. I started this process about a year ago. It was the 1st week of January 2024 to be more exact. I had been contemplating my situation with my MVC timeshare. I was literally saddened by the situation I found myself in while looking towards retirement. When I finally made the decision that I didnt want to continue what had turned into a money pit, I made the call to ********. While I was nervous about calling any company to handle this. I made what would be the right choice. In combination with **** and **** the process was easier than expected. They kept in contact with me at every step of the way. Today (2-25-25) was the last call. After at least 6 months of worrying if this would work or if I chose the right company (this was earlier in the process). Today, a year and 1 month later, I got the call from ****. He informed me that My timeshare exit is complete! Now for the reason that I mentioned worrying about my decision on the right company. All the other ********* exit companies are so aggressive in their advertising. I found *** online and only saw them once of twice at that. The company just felt right. I did my best at vetting them out and comparing them with other companies and on that I felt good about my decision. You worry because this whole process was new to me, but I did feel good about my decision.I say all of this to say, Thank you *** company. I will highly recommend you to friends and family that may ask for exit company help.

    I was stuck with a timeshare I couldnt afford, and RFA Corporation was a lifesaver. From the start, they were professional, transparent, and really took the time to understand my situation. They guided me through the entire cancellation process with ease, and Im now officially timeshare-free. I couldnt be happier with their service!
