    My timeshare was draining me financially, and I wanted out. They provided a solution. The process was long, but they kept me informed and handled all the communication with the ********* company. Im relieved to be done with it!

    I paid them a fee and signed an 18 month contract to get my timeshare cancelled. When I originally talked to them they said it would take 4 to 5 months and I had a good case. That was August of 2023. It is now November of 2024 and My timeshare is still not cancelled. I have only been able to speak to the attorney on our case only 1 time after asking multiple times to talk to them. You only get to talk to a Case Manager who continues to say everything is going well. I was told to keep paying on the timeshare only to have the attorney I talked to last month tell me I should have stopped paying. No one had told me that up to that point. I have lost money and they have done nothing to this point. The money I paid *** to get my timeshare cancelled is supposed to be refunded if not cancelled. I cannot get ahold of anyone and they will not answer their phone or call me back now. I have filed a complaint with *** which stated I would hear back within 3 days and I have heard nothing! You as the BBB give them an A+ Rating. What is that rating for? It cant be for cancelling timeshares! You can email me back an answer. I did give you my email!
