1 starEOS FITNESS robbed me for over $700 in four months through a biweekly $88 personal training charge I didnt even realize was a locked-in contract. I thought it was cancel-anytime turns out, its a trap. Then they demanded $32 just to let me cancel. Predatory, misleading, and unethical. Do NOT trust their sales pitch. 1 starVery bad signing up experience. My wife and I (we are senior citizens) went to their sales office which was next to the facility that was still under construction. The sales *** told us that because we were joining before it opened we would be charged $9.99 per month and there would be no registration fee since it wasn't open yet. My wife was interested in yoga and sales *** said she could sign up for that when the gym opened. When we got the 1st credit card bill it was fo $80.97. THE ***** *** LIED THEREBY CREATING A FRAUDULENT AGREEMENT. Then when I went to cancel there was a $23 cancellation fee that THE ***** *** NEVER TOLD US ABOUT - DECEPTION BY OMISSION.Review fromBen F

1 starTitle: Charged Over $1,000 After Cancelling Repeatedly We cancelled our EOS membership multiple times both in writing and through official EOS/ABC Fitness channels and even received confirmation letters stating our account was in pending cancel status and access would end 3/20/25. Despite this, *** continued charging our account for months, totaling over $1,000 in unauthorized charges.We followed every required step, including the 3-day cancellation window, written confirmation, and multiple attempts to clarify via email. They still kept charging us.Its now July, and not only have we not received a refund, theyre STILL trying to debit us. Absolutely unacceptable. This company hides behind third-party billing (ABC Fitness), making it nearly impossible to get help or a refund. Beware of predatory billing and a maze of fine print. Weve escalated to our bank and are now considering small claims court.Avoid EOS at all costs. You may be signing up for a financial nightmare.Review fromHannah D

*** is NOT WORTH past the minimum gym membership. I would highly suggest to go else where where they don't scam their own customers looking to reach their ********************** goals.The personal training is total scam. the representatives LIE to your face while looking into your eyes telling you it's $15-$20 per session and have you sign all the contracts then to later find out it's $88 per 30MINUTES every ******** get a better workout from ******* videos so please save yourself the headache and deceiving charges even after trying to cancel both the membership plus the personal training.there's a "30 day notice to cancel" the gym membership of $15 but if you do the personal training, you're tied to 4 months. they make sure it's confusing and hidden deep in the contract. even if you try to cancel the personal training, the 30 day notice to cancel the membership is an additional month because they dont allow you to cancel the gym membership while under the training contract. The sports arena ********* location is ghetto and you'll be surrounded by homeless crackheads in their parking structure. NOT WORTH IT

1 starI would like to share with you the recent second-rate experience I have had with *** and its customer service. After my trainer parted ways with Eos I was told my personal trainer payments would be put on hold until I find a replacement.I was still charged.I then spoke on the phone with a representative who told me they placed my account on hold until I could get in and talk with a manager. I was still charged. Twice.I then went into the club today to seek help. I was met with poor customer service, a front desk worker who called me a liar. Even a General Manager who said they could not help me with any of my problems only a certain manager could. At this point I have been charged for 2 months of service I have not been able to use. At this stage I have a very bad taste in my mouth and it makes me want to cancel my entire membership.Review fromShawn G

I'm getting robbed of $92 bi-weekly for 4-6 months by this place - all because I failed to cancel my PT contract within 3 days. No one on their team bothered to tell me that cancelling my membership (which I did within 3 days) did not mean that my PT agreement would also be cancelled - which feels like the most logical thing unless you're a professional grifter. So now I'm not a member of EOS Fitness but I'm still being billed for a PT program that I've never been to and never will go to. All I wanted was a place with weights to do light workouts but now I'm down hundreds of dollars - not to mention the hours spent trying to contact their s***** botted service lines.EOS Fitness

4 years ago I signed up with this gym, they seriously lied! Said I was on 2 year contract, and still 4years later still pulling money out! Scam you out of your money and leave your account open to keep pulling money. I dont even go to the gym anymore.EOS Fitness

This review would be 5 stars... , ive been a loyal gym member of eos for over 5 years.. amazing in many ways price and amenities but I am currently experiencing bad customer service, as my privacy and trust has been breached.. im dealing with an issue with how staff and upper management are mishandling the fraud that has happened on my partner's and I's accounts getting canceled, by an employee who leveraged/ weaponized their position harass me and my family... we wanted an investigation done and the amount of hurdles we've been taking to get any action or answers has been demoralizing. there seems to be inner loyalty to safeguard the lack of care for customers private information. An *** employee trespassed onto our property around *****pm at night to threaten us as a retaliatory action to our ask for an investigation into why our accounts were cancelled immediately. im glad we had our ring cameras recording the trespassing. its been an impossible mission to obtain HR's proper contact information, as the in gym mangers and the district ****** *** has failed to provide me with the email. *** District manger gave me "Talent Team @ eos . com" and said this was HR's contact info and this email bounces back as a failed address.EOS Fitness
