1 starThey lied to me about the plan they gave me, lied about helping me with my schedule, their systems had proble.s which led to 3 months of me not getting taken care of and a year or losing 20 or so personal sessions. They then charged me for a year without telling me while I went to the gym for a year. I was slapped a $1,600 bill for the 4 sessions even though I canceled because of all this nonsense over a year ago. Manager said there is no notes in the 5 years ive been there and done trainings. He would not call my personal trainer, his own staff remembered me canceling but the manager would not listen or do any due diligence with calling anybody else like my personal trainer. The staff told me the manager does this often and is pushed from above to hit sales numbers. The manager told me the only way he would help me is if I paid an extra $800 and got more sessions. This guy is a theif and is stealing and lying to and from customers.Review fromJennifer C

1 starI am very disappointed as I have attempted to reach out to management and corporate regarding my issue. I joined *** in ********, solely for the sauna and pool as I was told by my Doctor. After joining, the day I went, 2 or 3 of the water fountains were not in service, the sauna for women was broken. I asked when it would be repaired, no date was given. I wrote to cancel my membership, no reply. I called and still the equipment was broken 3 weeks after I joined. I emailed the manager and corporate once again. Nobody replied.Review fromGina J

1 starI am extremely disappointed in the customer service at the ********************** on ******, and the 60, in *****, *******. I was not advised when I signed-up for the PT services, that I only had 3-5 business days to cancel those services, or even that it was a 4 month contract. I Had PT even met with the PT trainer within that 3-5 business days. I went to my appointment, I was extremely not happy with the services offered. I changed my appointment time, at the convivence of the trainer, then they were late 15 minutes. The trainer knew nothing about me, as when I signed-up, I had express having Fibromyalgia, and the doctors thinking I might have Lupus. Had no clue, how to work with one such as me, and then to top all that up, the equipment for the body scan was not working, and as the trainer was late, I did not get my full hor. Despite this, I went ahead and scheduled a time for the following week on Friday, only to have the trainer message me, again, wanting to change that time. That was it, I was done!!! I went in, spoke with the girl at the desk, and told her i wanted to cancel my services, I was told that this does not always happen, but the regional manager was on site that day, and they would speak with them.I then get a call, that I am being charged for services that I have not used, and I had to go and speak with the site. I spoke with the ** manager, who messaged the district director, to e-mail me, call me, etc. To this day, no email, no phone call-nothing. This is poor, poor customer service. If anyone has a chance, choose a better gym!!!Review fromAndrew R

In April of 2024 I entered *** looking for a basic membership. Expecting to pay $10 a month because thats what is advertised on their commercials and mailers. When I entered the gym I was introduced to ***** and he explains the benefits of personal training. He told me I could sign up for 8 sessions of personal training for $156. The day I signed up, I said to ***** that I work a graveyard shift and my schedule was not very flexible and he said that they have Personal Trainers that cover all shifts. I had the same Personal Trainer the entire time. I had to reschedule multiple times due to his limited availability, and my work schedule not lining up. It seemed as if a alternative coach was not an option. Not knowing they had no intention of working with my schedule. This online contract was lengthy and presented on a smaller IPAD with lots fine print but I was never told or saw anything that differed from the original cost. Lots of empty promises left on the table.I started using utilizing the personal training here and there, only keeping track of my initial 8 sessions. Little did I know this gym (EOS) was pulling bi-monthly payments of $156 for the Person Training . This is something that was not articulated to me before signing their e-contract. From April 2024 to October 2024, when I cancelled, over $2,184 was pulled from my account for 6 to 7 sessions. There is something wrong with that! When I went in to cancel my Personal Trainer and gym membership (in September) I was advised that, per the cancellation policy, I would be charged an additional 2 more payments ($312) as a fee. This was shocking to me because I canceled everything but they were still going to charge me over $300 for nothing.EOS Fitness

BE LEERY OF GOING INTO CONTRACT WITH THIS GYM. Canceled my Personal Training on April 24th after 8 months and the *** billing department is STILL taking $148.00 every two weeks out of my account! They now owe me $300.00 for the last month. Talked to a manager in person - twice - confirmed the account showed canceled on April 24th. It is now June 13th and they again deducted money out of my account for personal training. My personal trainer was great but I have no choice but to actually cancel my entire membership and go to another gym. *** billing seems to be some sort of a scam, they are quick to sign you up but once you cancel, they will STILL charge you. I don't see how I can get my $300.00 back. I am sure it will be a battle. This is a horrible system and I would be very leery about going into a contract with this gym.....EOS Fitness

Profound dissatisfaction with how EOS Fitness has handled the personal training services contracted with my daughter. She enrolled in both a standard gym membership and a separate personal training membership with EOS Fitness in October 2024, under the representation and assurance that she would receive flexible, consistent, and professionally administered personal training sessions as part of the services offered. Since the inception of this agreement, she has experienced an ongoing and unacceptable pattern of training session cancellations, all initiated by the assigned EOS personal trainers. EOS Fitness has repeatedly failed to fulfill its reciprocal contractual obligations, which constitutes a contractual breach of its obligation to provide services. We have appeared in person at the *** to cancel the contract, and they refused; they also continue to charge my daughter $156.00 biweekly for services they are not rendering.EOS Fitness

The manager at kids club disrespected me after I went in for help. She disrespected me and abused me with her words was very aggressive to my personal private life and after she made me upset for her horrible customer service skills she then revoked my membership and I was supposed to get a call back from corporate, It's been a week and it's obvious they only take their employees seriously and s**** the customer. That's what happened. No one was able to speak to me before they made their decision. That lady needs to be prosecuted like I was, she is the one who treated the customer like s*** and she then received the come back that she had coming to her after treating the customer like s*** I'm reporting this to the BBB. I haven't received a call from corporate, that tells me they really don't take customer service like they should.EOS Fitness

1 starA little over a month I joined EOSFITNESS, and at first also signed a contract for Personal Training which you have 3 business days to cancel if you change your mind. After 24hr I decide to cancel for couple reasons and I did send a request by email how indicates in the agreement document. I loss count how many times I called the gym trying to contact the manager, also by email and in person and he is never there, always busy. they tell you are not responsible to cancel this PT agreement and guide you to a customer service # which they are not responsible for this cancelation either and can only handle at the local gym and manager. So, they trying to avoid my cancelation, they are misleading the costumer with the wrong information, just to delay your request and then you can't cancel. I also presented a doctors document because some neck injuries and I am not allowed to continue exercise, even that way no response yet, very bad management. They only want to lock you in a contract because they get commission and keep charging the costumer not giving you the right to cancel within the proper time frame or documentation. Do not sign a contract with EOSFITNESS, it's a trap, run from this place. They are not helpful. They keep charging my account for Personal training and I never had one class yet because I decide to cancel within the first 24hr and still is over a month and this situation is unresolve.Review fromJerome B

2 starsWhile this is a great positive and clean environment. This company seems to be untrustworthy in billing. Be careful of what you are being charged. I was told by one of the members of manager upon joining if I brought in referrals which I was actually referred they would waive my $100 membership fee to join. That was incorrect it hasn't even been 30 days and they pulled from my account already. Should have stayed where I was at already regretting joining.
