    Purchased on September 12th, paid for expedited shipping, waited a week before contacting them and got an automated response. I responded to that email and never got a response, then sent two more emails requesting a refund since and have yet to receive a response for either.

    Paid for a product a month ago, I asked for an update 2 times was given a run around response, requested a refund 2 times and was ignored.

    So I ordered two products that cost a total of $59.98. Ive contacted them multiple times about not receiving my products. The first email I received back from them was on July 17th saying my package got lost in the mail and they were resolving it. So I waited to hear back and I herd nothing. I messaged them again on august 4th and got a response saying sorry theyre looking into it again.. and no respond. I messaged them again on august 23rd saying I was going to the BBB if I didnt get a refund or product. I ordered this and had confirmation of shipment on June 17th. Im about to move so even if they mailed it Im not living here anymore and its not like Id get the product even if I have a new address. I just want my money back because I feel stolen and robbed from. But again, even after saying I was going to report them to the BBB.. still no response. I dont know how this place is even in business.

    February 27, 2023 I made a purchase totaling $53.28 from this company. As of today they havent shipped my product nor have they agreed to refund my money. They are still actively advising daily so Im worried that they are scamming people and are going to keep taking peoples money.

    I purchased from them one month ago on December 23rd 2022 and I haven't received a single email from them since I purchased the product. It hasn't shipped or anything. I tried contacting their customer service but I have not heard back from them at all. I would like a refund for my purchase as I now believe they are a fraudulent business, I know a bunch of other people have experienced this too

    My husband and I placed an order on December 6th, 2022. There was order information and tracking information provided by the company. The order has not been updated, hasnt been shipped, I reached out to the company 2 times by email provided on website and tried contacting them by social media and theyre ignoring me
