    This company is trash. Not a real company and I never received my order from November of 2023. Emailed them multiple times asking for refunds and order status, but to no avail. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    I ordered over 2 months ago and still have not received my package. *** asked for a refund several times but never get a response other than we are working on your item. I did not place a large order but still cannot get a response. Not sure what to do anymore as I cannot get anyone to help me. They are scammers!!

    order 2 months ago, the first time I emailed them asking for an update on my order because it was showing me through the tracking that it was still at the facility. That was confirmed by a call I made to the shipping company my tracking number was through. The shipping company (DHL) said they haven't gotten that order to ship it yet.The reply from Neptune was that they put a new tracking on it and they will look into it. well a week later their new tracking number was working and not the old tracking number. I gave it a week and sent an email asking about this. it wasn't but over a week later I got a reply saying they will look into it.... honest saying how long ago that irritates me. but I did send an email asking for an update last week....... please do research before making a purchase.Still haven't gotten an update, working tracking number or refund.

    Ordered and paid for gum on December 23, 2022. We never received. Reached out via their website twice and no response to date.

    I bought gum from them for a Christmas gift for my son on Dec 12. I emailed several times and still no answer a month later and no gum. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and just got my money back.
