    I am from ******, and was visiting ******* June *****, on this trip i visited Rancher Hat Bar, and designed a cowboy hat (pictured). While picking which hat, i was asking the store clerk to help with the fit, lots of hats were uneven and needed reshaping, the store clerk never mentioned we could shape the hats and adjust the shape. I went through several hats assuming the shape cant be changed. I found a black hat that was even for the most part and started personalizing it. Once finished, i went to pay and the store clerk offered me a bag to keep my hat inside. From the store back to the house (10 minute drive) my hat was inside the hat bag, when we got to the house i took my hat out (we were supposed to wear them that night) and my/ hat was completely bent into a different shape. For a 300 dollar hat I am very unhappy that it can bend so easily. The store clerk didn't mention the hat would bend so badly being in the bag. I was unable to wear my hat i just personalized and paid for because it was so bent. The whole purpose of buying this hat was to wear t** that night, which we all told the store clerks.Still no one mentioned they would bend being in the bag and be unwearable. I emailed the store and sent in the picture, requesting a return or refund. Store told me to take my hat and get it reshaped.That will cost an additional $100 dollars on a hat i still haven't been able to wear. They offered me 10% refund, I did not accept as the only reason i bought this hat was to wear it in *******. I have tried emailing and requesting talking to a manager, they have stopped answering my email and i believe are hoping i will just go away. but i find it very unprofessional this entire experience and would like to have a solution.

    We make custom hats that are final sale, which is advertised in our store. The Customer wanted a refund and we told her several times all sales are final. After several emails we tried to refund her partially which she would not accept. After several more emails we refunded the customer in full payment. Please let me know what else you need to retract this complaint from the BBB.
