    I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Rancher Hat Bar. The treatment of employees at this establishment is alarmingly poor. There are troubling reports of tips being withheld from staff, which is not only unethical but also illegal. Furthermore, the management has shown blatant favoritism and discrimination, purposefully excluding certain employees from workplace events and opportunities.The pay structure at Rancher Hat Bar is uneven and lacks transparency, leaving many employees feeling undervalued and exploited. It's clear that the company has a serious issue with fairness and respect in the workplace. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend Rancher Hat Bar as a good place to work or to visit. It should also be noted that Rancher Hat Bar was under a lawsuit from the ***************************. While under lawsuit, **** suspended the instagram account from ******************. ***** and ********* then decided to hire a hacker to release their account. ***** and ********* continue to bad mouth current employees and even go to the extent to lie and maliciously attempt to reach out to other companys where former employees have left to with hopes to sabotage their opportunities. This should be enough for anyone to not shop at Rancher Hat Bar and for people seeking to work there to look in a different direction.
