They appear to be the only option to get vaccinations for certain foreign travel and they charge a consultation fee before they will give the vaccine. They advised us to get a ************************ for travel to ****** ******* and charged us for that. When we got to ******* we found out that it wasnt required. It cost us $750 for something that wasnt necessary.

AVOID! Way over priced. Far worse, however, is how uncaring and cold they are when there is a problem. My wife was given two vaccinations in the same place in her arm. Now six weeks later she still doesn't have pain-free full use of that arm, and has had to modify all kinds of daily activities. This was not a vaccine reaction, as they claim, but an irresponsible administration of the shots too close to each other right on the nerve, according to the Doctor we consulted. On request, they refunded the $90 consultation fee, which we appreciated but still thought was inadequate. We asked for them to provide some Physical Therapy, which we thought was a reasonable request, but they refused, saying that they had done as much as they are inclined to do. Never again. Notice how much all these reviews have in common. Go elsewhere.

Do not waste your time or money with this total scam of a company. They charge $125 for a "consultation," during which they tell you information you could have found online. They then use a "hard-sell" approach and scare tactics to convince you to buy medications and get vaccines you may not really need. Most concerning, they charge WAY above the market prices for vaccines and medications. I was charged $75 for three pills of azithromycin which is only about $5 at any other pharmacy! They also spread misinformation during the consultation to discourage you from going elsewhere to obtain vaccines/medications. For example, I was told a polio vaccine could only be obtained at a children's health clinic, while I was easily able to schedule one for an adult at ********** I am sickened and horrified by what they did to me. I am only hoping this helps others stay away from this disgusting, money-hungry, ripoff of a "health clinic".

Would give zero stars if I could. A complete scam! They use scare tactics to try to sell you vaccines you don't need, even giving false information that some are required (when various other sources say they are not) and the cost of necessary vaccines are WAY overpriced!! DO NOT USE Passport Health!

I have been extremely disappointed with this company. I needed to complete a health exam for immigration purposes. This has led to many problems.First, I was quoted a price on the phone. After the exam, I was told the price was about 50% higher than that. This was justified with a recent corporate takeover and confusion between the corporate office and their own office. I can understand the complexities of corporate structures, but I find this extremely disappointing. Second, the nurse made an electronic copy of my vaccination booklet, but did not read it completely. Accordingly, she stated I needed several additional vaccinations, which I could get here in the office for an additional charge or do at a PCP. I chose the latter route and reviewed my vaccination booklet at home, realizing that I did, in fact, have all the required vaccinations. This was also confirmed to me by the a Passport Health nurse on the phone, who reviewed my electronic copy of the vaccination booklet. Nonetheless, the nurse in charge has still not completed my paperwork.Third, I have been trying to get in touch with the office, which has a policy of calling back "within 72 hours." This 72 hours call back period has now passed, once again, and I was promised a call back within *another* 72 hours. These three-day periods add up quickly, and accordingly, I have now been waiting for my paperwork for weeks -- I have, of course, paid already in full. I have had to receive this very same exam in the past, where the entire process was completed within a matter of a few days, flawlessly, and at a lower cost. I also know from this prior process that I satisfy the vaccination requirements. The process, which offers to get unnecessary vaccinations for an additional fee right in the office, feels very much like a scam -- made worse by an inability to get a hold of a nurse or doctor.

A sham. I have been traveling internationally for 40 years. I need malaria pills for a trip to ************** in August 2023. The first time I used their service, I was told that my insurance would reimburse me for the prescription from the 'Wizard of OZ' video box that pumps out overpriced pills. In my case $241 for a pack of $50 pills. Worse yet, ******* uses scare tactics that non-international travelers would be duped into buying useless water purification and diarrhea medications. Again, it is way overpriced. Then I learned from my insurance company that Passport Health does not accept insurance paymentsonce burned, never again. ******* blatantly lied. Passport Health provides no service or medications you can't find anywhere else through your physician or pharmacist at a much lower cost and is covered by health insurance. Stay away from this manipulative and devious business scam.

Duped A Passport Health *****, ** I want to make sure that no one else is duped by Passport Health. First everyone should know that all major health care systems have *************s that can provide the education and vaccines required for travel to countries around the world and most are covered by insurance, even ******** Passport Health is a for profit business and does not have your best interest at heart when it comes to your financial wellbeing. Passport Health-***** is staffed by a nurse and overseen by an invisible and remote MD, *********************** who resides in ************. Unlike health care system clinics, Passport Health staff are trained to not be transparent about the existence of insurance coverage for vaccines. Important information when costs range between $200 to $600 per vaccine. Contrary to ethical nursing and medical practice, Passport Health leads one to believe travel vaccines are not covered by insurance anywhere. To evade discussing insurance coverage options Passport Health staff resorts to a high pressure tactic of reminding the customer there is a financial penalty for every vaccine received if it is not administer that visit. There is also a financial penalty for vaccines requiring a second dose if they are not prepaid at the initial visit. This is know as a financial SCAM!!!Just say No Thank You. Walk away and call your ******************* and ask to be scheduled at their *************

This company is a total scam. They put a 48 hour cancellation fee policy in place and then say that your appointment for vaccines will cost you thousands of dollars as they dont take insurance. Do not do not do not sign up!

SCAMMERS! Charged my husband $500 for vaccines that cost me $25 at ********** Charged me $75 for canceling. Yes, I agreed to a cancellation fee apparently but that was before I knew they were going to charge 20 times what the drugstore would charge.

The experience left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of due to their overpriced services and complete lack of transparency.First and foremost, one of the most glaring issues was their exorbitant pricing. Passport Health charged an outrageous $99 service fee per person, regardless of whether any vaccines were administered. This alone is a clear indication of their profit-driven approach, prioritizing their own financial gain over providing reasonable and fair pricing to their customers. To make matters worse, the cost of the Yellow Fever vaccine was an astonishing $398. Such exorbitant prices are simply unjustifiable and exploitative. What adds insult to injury is the complete lack of upfront pricing disclosure. Upon scheduling an appointment, Passport Health promptly requested my credit card information, without providing any information regarding the pricing of their services. This predatory tactic demonstrates their disregard for transparency and customer trust. As a consumer, I expect to know the costs associated with a service before committing to it, especially when it comes to matters of health and wellness. In conclusion, my experience with Passport Health was characterized by overpriced services, a complete lack of transparency, misleading information, and unscrupulous business practices. Their excessive fees, failure to disclose pricing upfront, hidden charges, and pressure tactics all point to a company more interested in maximizing profits than genuinely caring for the well-being of their customers. I strongly advise potential customers to explore alternative options that prioritize transparency, fair pricing, and ethical practices.
