    On 10/28/2023 this company attempted to take $39.95 from my checking account. Fortunately my bank was on top of it and declined the transaction. I've never done any business nor did I have any knowledge of this company before there attempted theft. I wonder how many thousands if not millions they've made from people not even noticing the charges or chosing not to fight the charge. This is ridiculous they need to be shut down at minimum possibly even prosecuted for what they are doing.

    Don't even know what ****** **** Health is and never made a purchase from it, so if I could get my refund of ***** back, I'd gladly appreciate it.

    In July, August, September and October around the *****, $39.99 has been automatically withdrawn from my checking account. I have alerted my bank. I have no idea who this company is and they do not answer the phone numbers I have called. *************************

    On October 6, I signed up with an app, ******. This app linked to my bank account to verify my information. They also charged me $1 to verify my debit card, which I never got back. That charge shows up as COOPERS HAWK HEALTH LLC. I couldn't get the benefit of ******, so I completely deleted my account and the ****** app. On Oct 12, Coopers tried to charge my debit card $39.95. My debit card was locked at the time, so the charge declined. I've tried reaching out to any number I can find to make sure they don't keep attempting to charge my card. No numbers I find for Coopers works!

    I noticed a charge from this company on my account a little over a month ago for $39.95. I searched for contact information to request a refund as I have no idea what this place is, nor have they provided me ANY services or products. I was just charged $39.95 again which ******** my account and I want a refund immediately and for any future charges to be stopped.

    On September 4, this company, Coopers Hawk Health, LLC at 3:32am withdrew $39.95 from my account without my authorization. I filed a dispute with my bank. This company does not exist. When you call the number no one answers, the phone actually does not ring, it cuts you off.

    I have never done business with never shopped with and never have purchased anything you have charged my bank two times the last 2 months in a row ***** I expect to have the money refunded to my account I gave it one month try to figure out what it was could not get a hold of you guys your phone number is not valid which means it's a fraudulent company anyway I have the address to your office and I have two weeks vacation coming ** in about 3 days so I can either be picking you outside your front door with 30 other people that fell in the line with the same thing or you can turn around and give me back the money that I never spent that you took for me fraudulently

    Like most people, I was woke up and was charged ***** by this company. After doing some research, it seems like many others have had the same issue. Ive never heard of this company, and the charge was thankfully declined and my bank contacted my Attorney immediately.
