      They responded to my question regarding payment processing in a matter of minutes, not hours. Twice in one go!!! To their credit, they were patient even though I asked them some dumb questions. They are real people with wonderful senses of humor. This technology is amazing, and I support the community and the individuals that created it. Going ahead, we'll be using this product for all our initiatives. And you ought to as well.

      Act! is a pleasure to use. The Act's degree of support! The team has performed amazingly. All my customer **************************, company paperwork, and meeting agendas were very simple to set up. The best aspect is that there are amazing possibilities available with this program for each step of the client journey. Because of all the preparation, I am sure that my clients will have a positive experience, which is very important to me as an entrepreneur. My company's back end must be organized in a way that makes it easy to access, administer, and get started!

      I got prompt replies from the support staff during the trial. The articles and help both are also the best I've used. I was able to solve a lot of problems on my own. I moved to Act! because it offers what I need, is more customizable than other CRMs, and is the best value around. I'm happy with Act!

      I've been using Act!for more than 30 years, and recently encountered a database error which was preventing me from using the software. I contacted Act! and had the pleasure of working with some customer success resources who took the time to look into this, worked with me to help recreate, and ultimately solve, the problem. As an experienced small business owner who appreciates efficiency, I understand the value of tools that can simplify my operations and save me time. When those tools fail because of system updates or operating system changes, I really value a technology partner who understands the severity of the impact on my business, and jumps in to help. In addition the staff were efficient, personable, and went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks Act!

      This is the best app that can use for Mathematical calculations for advanced modeling and simulations. Very easy to use and tutorials are available. It has simple user-friendly interfaces.

      I have been using Act! for more than 30 years, over the course of different careers. One of the features that I have always loved about Act! versus other solutions is the ability to create multiple databases. This enables me to create distinct customer cohorts, and makes it easier to deal with the specific needs of each. I am also able to leave detailed notes about my customers, which is crucial in making every one of them feel like I'm being attentive to their needs. The new management team at Act! has come a long way in customer service and I am so appreciative of their personal attention.
