I've been using Act for about 6 years now and really like it. We use a cloud version that is fast and pretty simple to train new people on. They have a marketing campaign builder which we use to talk to specific clients and to send bigger blasts. It's easy to setup and use. I've seen better marketing software (used to use Hubspot) but one month of that costs the same as one year of Act. Like it, would recommend.Act!

1 star***** here is absolutely correct. In my view, ACT is an auto-renew scam. I use to love the product and had a need for CRM so we signed up and were forced into auto renew. Sorry, this was a couple years ago so I am relying on my best memory, but they auto-renewed us for the full fee of around $600.00. They told us that we were notified about the pending renewal, but I couldn't find their notification. We were not even using the product and could prove that we never even logged on, but they would not relent. We objected to our CC charge, but they were very impressive with they way they battled. They clearly had done this before. These guys are very proficient with this game.
