      I used this company before and everything has changed. The as 5 was bad for your back and as3 doesnt cushion pressure points. Had both before! More than that the customer service was awful. Sloppy , disorganized, rude! All bc I wanted to switch mattresses like they say in your advertisement. Please buy a different bed. The quality is Down! Not the same as the reputation they have. Cheap with lazy people running and no accountability. I was never allowed to speak to a manager. I couldnt find one. If I could now i would never get this bed and the headache was unbearable.

      I love my AS3 mattress from this company. It really helped with my back pains. Ive read through some of the recent complaints and most are unreasonable demands outside of policy and such. Dont be fool by people who are just trying to get there way. We have had our AS3 mattress for 4 years and love every night on it.

      AMERISLEEP HAS NO LOYALTY TO ITS CUSTOMERS I HAD RETURNED ALL ITEMS ORDERED BEFORE I COULD USE ANYTHING BECAUSE MY MOM DIED OF CANCER FEB 25, 2023 AND THEY KNEW THIS AND STILL THEY REFUSE TO ADMIT THAT THEY RECEIVED THE ****** MATTRESS, AND COVER FROM THE ***** MAN I HAVE SENT IN PHOTOS OF THE MAN LOADING EVERYTHING BACK INTO THE ***** FOUR TIMES HERE IT IS AUGUST 15, 2023 AND THEY ARE STILL SAYING THEY ARE CHECKING TO SEE WHERE THEY ARE. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY DECENCY FOR CUSTOMERS AND HUMAN LIFE AND PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T ALLOW ME TO HAVE TO CONTINUE TO DEAL WITH THIS SHAM BUSINESS BS AFTER LOSING MY MOM. I GAVE YOU BACK YOUR POSSIBLY CANCER CAUSING BED FRAME AND YOUR MATTRESS AND COVER BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T HAVE A REPLACEMENT FRAME AND YOU WOULDN'T HELP ME GET ANY TYPE OF RESOLUTION. PLEASE JUST GIVE ME A FULL REFUND SO I CAN GO ON WITH MY LIFE AND YOU CAN GO ON FRAUDING UNKNOWING BUYERS.

      BUYER BEWARE: Website says nothing about pillows being non-returnable, while mattresses are. We paid ****** for. pillow that is like a brick with very rough seam. After being told they were not returnable I went back to their website and no where does it say this policy, all the way through the check out process.It may cost you ****** bucks to test a pillow. I wish I had checked the BBB site first.

      I purchased a mattress from your company over two weeks ago and still have not received it. I was told by ***** that the label you all attached was not readable. My package was supposed to be delivered on 8/1 but it is now 8/3 and no one can provide a guaranteed delivery date. ***** opened a case and stated that they may have an case update by 8/7 but it doesnt mean that my mattress will be delivered anytime soon. I spoke with Amerisleep and they could not provide any details and pretty much blamed ***** for the issue and said this has never happened before. I asked for my ticket to be escalated and he stated he would try. He could not provide any timelines on when this issue would be resolved. This is unacceptable and I would have never placed an order had I known that this is how you all resolve matters.

      Its the most wonderful mattress i ever have. So comfortable and apt for all sleeping individuals. I felt this mattress and pillows better than the hotels (eg., HolidayInn). My wife loves this mattress and pillows. Even my toddler loves this mattress and sleep well since he was infant. He loves the pillows. He will fall asleep when he is into this mattress and on this Amerisleep pillows. This is true blessing for us to get to know about this mattress. We will never move to other mattress. This Mattress is the best!!!

      This is the best bed we have ever had and trust me we have went through some beds. My husband always had trouble sleeping and being a woman other beds would smash my b**** But he sleeps great and no more **** smashing. We love this bed.

      We have had our bed and pillows for 5 years now and we still love them both! The bed has held up great, no sinking in the middle! We have to take our pillows everywhere because we cannot sleep with any other pillow! Cant see us buying any other brand of bed in the future!!

      This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever had.Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's a little warm,could be I am a warm sleeper.May not be the mattress. Would buy again.
