      Very good company and a good product. There was some mix-up with my order (Order number *******) in terms of the size of the mattress and bed. May be partially my fault or the fault of the Service who ordered it for me on the phone. I have been trying to work with ***** sleep for about 2+ months now to get it solved but their customer service is non missing at best. If everything is good with the order, its great. If there is any issue it is a nightmare as they do not respond to calls or emails. Their follow-up for resolving an issue is nonexistent.

      No Action has been taken by Amerisleep yet. They have looked at the ticket and initially communicated but in the last 2 to 3 weeks no communication nor update as to how they want to resolve this issue.

      Ive been waiting for a refund for almost 7 weeks, 34 business days so far. I had to cancel my order due to a material shortage. I was offered another mattress but I had researched and chose the one that would be best for me. When they couldnt provide the one I wanted in a timely manner I cancelled my order. No refund yet, I just keep getting the run around and apologies. Ive owned an Amerisleep mattress, this would have been my second. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company based on this experience. Im in retail, a refund is not difficult to perform.

      Amerisleep is a ****** company. They lie and deceive. Although I believe this will be the way of the future as in person stores disappear. I paid for an AS4 mattress. If i remember correctly it said 3-5 day shipping. I called after 6 days, turns out it will be a MONTH. Yeah, im sure they were totally going to call and tell me that. Furthermore, they cant even guarantee they can get it to me in a month. They said a big order came in and it is now backlogged bad. Funny thing is, you can go on their website, check out an as4, put in your address and it says 1-7 day shipping. HAHAHA. Such a ******, crappy thing to do. I would love to copy the exact wording, but they dont let you copy the estimated delivery claim It is a ridiculous business model these companies are running on. Make a statement with vague wording, fail to deliver on their promise, and tell you to shove it. Oh just cancel your order. Well its been over a week and I dont feel like looking anymore. So Ill swallow it, and hope my mattress makes it here by the end of the year. And ill know this is the price we pay to have cheap c***

      Hello *****, Thank you for your comments. We apologize for any confusion on your order. Due to high demand, a material shortage occurred that ultimately impacted your order, placed on 7/27. On 8/4, when we received notice that your order was affected, we sent an email notification addressing this concern. I see that it has not been responded to at this time. To clarify our estimates for shipping, this is updated daily based on when a new customer will be placing an order and will vary for each state and based on available supplies for different sizes of the mattresses. Please check your email regarding this matter so further assistance can be provided.Thank you so much for your feedback.

      Bbb should thank you because they got a new account on here just for someone to complain about a crappy, shoddy company. I have NEVER heard or read anything so disingenuous as the reply above . You NEVER sent me an email saying their was a backlog before I called. Which is exactly what I stipulated in my original post. There is nothing in my email besides asking me to downgrade to an as3 hybrid that I don't want. Nothing else. I will never buy another thing from this company again. Im going to quote the only email I got before I called, and let me reiterate that the email I got after I called simply says they have a backorder and offered me to switch to an as3 hybrid that will also take multiple weeks to get to me, "if you haven't noticed a shipment notice, our warehouse is preparing your order for delivery as we speak". They sent that three days after I ordered. I called the fifth. I hate even continuing this tirade because it is so frustrating to know the company doesn't care and the person writing me is simply so escapegoat the company let's people yell and insult. However I will say two last and simple things, I got that shipping estimate AFTER I put the address in and was ready to pay. Furthermore, why in the world would the argument be, well it slow for you but elsewhere we got tons of supply. Send that supply down. But it has nothing to do with that, this company is some slime ball corporation that will do and say anything to make a buck.

      Beds poorly made. When we returned they have no refunded us and will not respond to emails or voicemails. Want our money back.
