      I placed an order# ******* on November 21, 2023 and have yet to get a delivery. When I called today, I was told that my items are on back order due to shipping issues. I was given no assurance as to when they will have resolved their shipping issue.

      Order hadnt shipped in over a month and once I finally called they also told me it was not guaranteed it would arrive undamaged. Actually told me it might arrive melted. Delicious chocolate (found in grocery store) but **************** sadly.

      My grandson and I ordered this chocolate because we thought for $4.95 shipping and handling it would be a great way to try the product and get a great deal. I did not read anything about a subscription although I looked everywhere. As in previous reviews by other consumers, I agree this is a sneaky way to do business and I wish I would have researched more thoroughly before putting myself out there, I am certainly going to put an end to trying new things because this DEAL WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE and I should have known better, but this is unfair to consumers and a horrible way to get to know a company, BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAM. It was definitely not worth the aggravation and has ruined my taste for buying things from companies that I don't know. PLEASE don't tell me your sorry, STOP SCAMMING and sell your product from its merits. In addition to the $34.99 there is a $34.95 charge that I suspect is also from this company which I am having to figure out. I wish I could leave 0 stars but I can't.

      This site is a SCAM!! Signed up for a free sample and paid for shipping. Next thing I know they have used my credit number that I used to pay for shipping to send me a $35 bag of chocolate. They are stating that it was a subscription. The email with my order says nothing about a subscription. I tried to log in and I didn't even have an account. I had to set up a new password to get in and see this subscription and, guess what, NO place to cancel the subscription! What a huge inconvenience to have to dispute with my credit card. It is credit card fraud to charge someone without their knowledge. It is also a deceptive practice to sign a customer up for a subscription without their knowledge or consent. Stay far, far away from this scam of a company!

      I decided to take them up on their "Free sample for mailing costs only" ad. I was sent a product & was not interested in reordering, but to my surprise a charge for ***** appeared in my bank this morning for a reorder. I called, told them I did not sign anything asking for an order, the rep said if you don't "cancel" after receiving the free offer within 7 days, you are now subject to a subscription membership, I asked where that was, that it must have been very fine print because I looked to make sure no further obligation was required after the "free" product. They were evasive about where the "membership" requirement was. I told them I wanted to cancel the "membership" and they did that. I told them I would send the new shipment back to them, over and over they told me not to. I asked for a full refund, they said they couldn't do that, I told them that I would send the product back and if my full amount was not refunded, I would contact the State ************************* for deceptive practices. Within minutes they told me they'd refund the full amount they had taken out. When I checked my bank, they DID NOT refund the full amount, but shorted me $5. I will be calling them back to get my FULL refund back. Listen, the product is ok. Not bad. But I don't want to deal with such a sneaky company.

      There will be no reason for me to further contact you unless I get charged again. I spoke to someone yesterday about having my $5 returned to me and was told that was not possible, because they sent the 2nd order (which I did not request, but have to pay for it because you sent it???) Anyway, if I never have to contact your company again I will be happy. Being sneaky about a forced membership is poor business practice.

      So, I ordered what I thought was a "free sample" and only paid shipping for ****. Well, I got charged *****. No, that was wrong; you don't do that to people. This is a complete scam!!

      I placed order for free trial and didn't realize there was no place to say place order all of sudden got order number and wanted to change order, awful website. So got concerned and called company was told order was canceled as well as subscription, had no idea if signed up for free trial you automatically were in enrolled in subscription. Time will tell if this was really canceled. Was told would receive email in regard to cancelation, lets hope so.

      I was not particularly thrilled with the "free" chocolate. I was less thrilled to find a debit on my checking statement the next month. When I called I was told I had signed up for a recurring shipment sor $39.94 and that they couldn't refund the charge or stop the shipment. Who in their right mind would purchase $40 worth of candy every month? They did say they would be deleting the recurring shipment order.
