      I ordered the free chocolate that just would cost me shipping. I have not received the order and they charged me the full price. I emailed them to refund my money and i still have not heard back from them. Georgia H

      I ordered the free sample, along with some extras. I now have the original charge, as well as two more, on my credit card, with no additional shipments. I attempted to call the number listed, and I get no answer.Not a company I want to do business with if they won't even take a call.

      Beware!!! Ordered the chocolates with $5 s/h charge 8/4/22. On 8/14/22 I was charged $34.99. Called today and was told per their terms I had only 7 days to call and cancel my subscription. There was no mention anywhere if that on their website! So after offering me to change the frequency of delivery from every 30 days to 90 days which I said No! He cancelled the subscription and any further charges. Could only refund me 30% of the $34.99 which ended up being only $10.50. Wasnt happy about that since I was not informed beforehand about any of that. False advertisement I would say.

      I'm a repeat customer who received a melted box of chocolate yesterday. SKINNY ME sent nearly $80 worth of chocolate in a cardboard box with no frozen packs during peak summer temperatures. The chocolate was melted when I found it on my porch. The order information I have says the product shipping is "premium", but the melted chocolate in my kitchen indicates this is a highly misleading claim.

      Re-iterating the reviews I've read below, they charged me an extra $39.95 on my credit card. I saw NOTHING about 'auto subscription' when I ordered my free sample, paying only $4.95 for shipping. I did receive a second bag. Unfortunately the product is horrible. I didn't think a chocolate existed that I couldn't eat, but I've just discovered it.
