    Their website is very misleading. I was want to file for my CCW and they made it sound like I was able to accomplish this through their website, come to find out its only the application process that I am able to do for free from my state. I have attempted to call them and I have left a message, they do not return calls. I have sent emails asking for a refund and nothing. I would like a refund for $65.00 that was charged.

    Yesterday, February 27, 2025, I found this website online and submitted the application to renew my concealed license. I paid the required fee of $50 believing it was all OK. Today, I received a couple of emails from the same company with an application to complete my concealed firearms renewal and send by mail. I tried several times, unsuccessfully, to speak to a customer service representative about this because it was very suspicious. I just want a full refund.

    Customer placed an order.  Customer emailed us to refund order 2 hours ago.  Order was cancelled and refunded.  Customer filed this erroneous complaint.  2 hours after contacting us.

    Went to renew my concealed license, found out this is a website to send you the required paperwork. When Florida sends it for free. I have attempted several times to contact the company via phone and sent one email requesting a refund and cant get in contact with them. I understand the concept of what they are trying to do, but seems sketchy there website makes it seems like you can renew through them. Just want a refund

    ****** placed an order on 12-18-24, then contacted us to cancel the order on 12-18-28, then filed this frivolous false complaint on 12-18-24 before his email had a chance to be read.  His order was also cancelled and refunded on 12-18-24.

    This is a company that website poses as florida ccw renewal. I paid the 55$ and received nothing but the application that the actual florida ccw sends for free. When I called the actual florida ccw customer service they informed me this is a common issue with this fraudulent website stealing people's money. I tried calling the number with no luck. I've disputed this charge with my bank. Please don't use this business.

    Scam site that disguises itself to look like an official state licensing website. You pay a fee and they send you the application that you could get yourself for free. Because of this, I was delayed and now I have to completely reapply for the license instead of renewing, costing me more money.

    On 05/15/2024 I used a online website identifying themselves as Florida Concealed Carry Renewal site. I paid the fee of $55.00 and later was sent a packet one with application and the next with a fingerprint card. When I contacted the Florida ********** of *********** they advised that it mayhave been 3rd party company assuming they are representatives of Florida CCW.

    I have completed documents with fingerprints and personal information and now have to pay $87 additional. Why would I submit documents back to this agency. It's a fraud and should no longer be able to identify themselves as so.

    Site looks like an official FL CCW renewal site. I had not realized my CCW had expired in January until late June. Searching online this site showed I had 180 days from expiration to renew. I filled out the application and paid $62 with the expectation that I was submitting my renewal within the allowed time frame. The renewal link goes on about how the cost of renewal is $45 & $15 late fee. The last paragraph states you can avoid COVID issues and ....blah, blah,blah...the very last line states you can use a document printing service to obtain one. The next sentence states you can renew here with a hyperlink. I have gone back and reviewed the site... the terms and conditions do state they are a document preparation service but it is 4 lines down from the beginning of the paragraph. I am now out $62 for a form that I can't even use because it is now past the 180 day grace ****** for my renewal.The website shows it was updated today so it appears to appears to be a active site.

    This is a company that masquerades as being the state of Florida. They take your information and send it to the proper department. You do not need them at all, you can request this yourself. Total scam The cost is only ***** for the real replacement of a permit. They have you pay them ***** plus the true ***** that it actually costs to replace your permit!!

    Misleading website **************************************************************************, Company Florida CCW ************** is misleading individuals into believing that it provides official concealed license renewals, which they do not. They sinply mail out the application and charge $55 for an application the ********** of *********** sends for free. Nowhere on the website does it indicate that this is simply a service for providing applications only and that the official filing will need to be done with the ********** of ***********. Calling their number only leads to an recording, an actual person can never be reached as I tried several times and days after submitting my request on their website.

    Customer ordered the wrong item.  Customer emailed us and we cancelled and refunded this order as a result.  We answered his email immediately.  Our website clearly describes our services.  

    It took 1 Hour and 8 minutes from when **************** placed his order until it was cancelled.  This complaint is frivolous at best.
