    This company is a complete rip-off operation. They bill themselves as a very official-looking one-stop service to renew your Florida concealed weapons permit and somehow come up as such on a ****** search result. After filling out what appears to be an official looking application, they charge you a $55.00 fee that one would think includes the State of Florida's $45.00 renewal fee. After about two weeks, you will receive a document that looks exactly like an official renewal form, along with a pre-addressed envelope and instructions for you to remit the application yourself along with the $45.00 renewal fee that you thought you already paid for. Attempts to contact the company via email and by phone go answered, so zero chance of recovering your money. Bottom line, Buyer Beware! Go directly to the State of Florida Department of Agriculture's website, where you can apply directly to renew your license without third-party scammers like this company. I should also note that the State of Florida is aware of and monitoring this company for potential corrective action.

    Thought I was dealing with an authorized regulator for the government. It is not. They merely send you forms. Paid them $55.00. And, of course, you cannot talk to them on the phone. SCAM!

    This is a scam. You pay them $35 to send you the things that you can print off the FLorida website and do for free. Avoid at all costs.

    This page has charged me $62.00 and is a complete fraud wich i went to the **** of agriculture in ******* and which they told me to report them for the Scam to too many persons. i have the copy of the transaction to my credit card and copy of the receive they sent me and i sent them a application about a month ago and was NEVER processed or sent to the **** of agriculture wich i visited today and did everything for $45.00 total and not $62.00 total scam

    I submitted order and received email that I will receive fingerprint form in 3 business days but it is has been 8 days. I asked them to cancel the order because I drove to local DMV and applied for license there. But received email from support that they will cancel the order when I return the package back. But there is nothing from them. I think this is a scam company. Awful experience. Avoid this company.

    Interesting how they just updated their website in Jan. 2024...In December 2023 their website looked exactly like the Florida ********** of *********** for renewing my concealed weapons permit. I filled out all info and paid them $55. Received a document that looks exactly like the official renewal from the state - once I looked into this I realized they didn't even have the correct permit number nor a tracking number. I called the Florida Depart. of *********** and spoke directly to them regarding this. I put in a complaint online with all documentation to prove the fraudulent activity. Called their number it was just a recording.I then had to call my credit card company to report them as well to request reimbursement. Terrible to fraud people like this.

    Why pay this company ***** for a few scraps of paper, and still have to pay ********************** another ***** for a permit. Scroll down to the FLA **** of ********* website and apply directly to the *** people pay ***** and a small service charge for using your credit card. I got duped for ***** plus the ***** fee for my license. At the bottom of their web page they tell you what you are paying for.

    Don't do anything on their website. Waste of $55. Should I have read the fine print yes, but it's a totally fraudulent website. Does not renew your permit and the "paperwork" they file is free in Florida.
