    Placed an order with ride clutch on July 24th for the $75 mystery box. Waited a couple weeks and emailed them about my order and they said they are experiencing delays so I waited a couple more weeks and I emailed them again and they said the same thing, literally, like they copied and pasted the email. Anyway they sent me a receipt saying they shipped it but I then went to the **** website and it says the label was printed but they still are waiting for the item.

    I ordered something to be entered in a motorcycle giveaway about 2 months ago. I was told my order would ship in 1-2 weeks here we are 2 months later my order still has not shipped. I contacted them asking that they try to fix the problem or do something about it. They told me Ill receive my order whenever it gets here. It hen reached out asking for a refund because of the horrible service and the fact its been 2 months an Im not even looking forward to getting what Ive ordered. They pretty much told me to F off and Ill see my order when I see it.

    Ordered a product contacted them said they didn't have it in stock but could change it to a different item. I agreed. They sent me a tracking number saying it shipped but it never did. It's been 4 months now.

    I purchased some items form them over 30 days ago and have yet to receive shipping confirmation. I have reached out to them and no one responds / answers. All I want is my order canceled and my money refunded.

    We do see ***** has reached out through multiple emails which have all been resounded to. His most recent email was resounded to 11 days go on August 11th. His order was placed on July 24th and has been shipped today August 22nd. We have provided tracking informant below.

    I ordered a hoodie and t-shirt at the start of June for a total of about $110. I have reached out them about how it hasn't been shipped yet. They told me they are short staffed and having trouble filling orders as quickly. a few more weeks go by and I reach out again and they tell me it should be shipping out within the next week. I then get an email saying its been shipped, but once clicking on the link it shows it has not been dropped off at the post office to be delivered. I reached out again and was told there was an error with my address and they had to fix it, when i went and looked back I put the correct address in. I reached out again a week later and they still haven't shipped the package and no shipping info. I told them i want a refund and was told they do not do cancelations or refunds on orders. I have been told by someone names "*****" that they will personally go package my order if the warehouse doesn't get it sent out right away after telling them its a high priority shipment and needs to be done.

    Ordered merchandise 5 months ago and still have not received it. Along with other months that I have ordered from them.

    I ordered two products on March 31, 2022 from Ride Clutch, a T-shirt ($30) and hoodie ($70) totaling $100. Their gimmick is they supply raffle entries for a motorcycle. I tried to immediately cancel the order (ORDER #******) but they told me No Cancellations. Fine. Several weeks later, after still no update on the tracking info I contacted their support. They made me replace one item, the shirt, and sent a bottle opener. They said the Hoodie was still on the way. Mid-may I finally received bottle opener but no hoodie. I contacted support again and they said it shouldn't happen and will update tracking info, that it got lost in transit between warehouse and **** (June 3rd). **** states they have never received item or update from the seller since May. For a while the Seller's account profile correctly displayed my info, but now it says Fulfilled and delivered. If you following the **** tracking link it still says **** is Awaiting Item. They retroactively updated their site to show it was fulfilled on May 5th but I have attached pdf of email chains through June. I don't know how this isn't criminal and I imagine you would want to take a look at the rest of their business practices. They promote with entries per dollar spent to be applied towards various winners. If they can't fulfill orders, why are they taking on new orders with the promise of additional winnings? Also, their site states Satisfaction Guaranteed.... I am not satisfied.
