    Ordered a t shirt from ride clutch. Waited about a month and a half with no response as to shipping. Asked what was going was told they fell behind and ran out of shirt I ordered, so pick a new one. I did. Was then told they were out of that one as well, and was given a list of available shirts. Picked one of shirts available and was told 3-5 days and they would ship it out. It has been over 5 days and over 2 months since my original order. I haven't been issued a refund nor has my product been shipped. Getting absolutely no communication from company.

    I have ordered items from this company with a 3 to 5 business day guarantee that it would be shipped but after almost an entire month i have not received my item. I have tried reaching out to the company multiple times but no response. I want either a refund or my items or both but it seems as if they are scammers. No phone contact and will not answer emails. I spent 42 dollars on a shirt. Apparently many other people have had the same complaint. Please help.

    I placed an order on 7/22/2022 for $41.95. I was guaranteed shipping between 3-5 business days. On 7/22/2022 I received a confirmation email my credit card had been charged and I have not received any emails regarding my item being shipped or cancelled or any status update since then. Attempted to reach out to the company multiple times but have not heard anything back. Ideally I would like the item I purchased, but if that cannot happen I would like to be refunded the full amount.

    I ordered at t-shirt from these guys on June 21st , waited for a month with no tracking number and the item never shipped out, so I contacted them and they sent me what seemed to be an automated email explaining how they had warehouse issues and we're sorry and here's a 15% off coupon, like I'm gonna give them more money for not completing a transaction. After that I heard nothing, got no confirmations or follow **** and they still have my money and I still have no shirt. I wanted until the end of August to inquire again and they tell me that the warehouse told them that they are out of stock of the shirt I ordered but can replace it with another one that is in stock. So after a little back and forth (as apparently a lot of what's on their website is out of stock) I picked something out, and was told it would ship out asap (and as a side note the order said the shirt was a small but they assured me it was a medium, kind of sketchy, if you ask me). It is now October and I still have no shirt or money. Every time I have asked for a refund they have blown over it and tried to "make it right". The tracking number they gave me says that the package was delivered inside my mailbox by **** on September 16th. There was nothing there on that day and there is still nothing here. I'm tired of being run around in circles. I want my money back, and really, I need it. Finances are not great right now and the money taken from me for a non-existent motorcycle t-shirt could get me a week and a half's worth of gas to on my existent motorcycle.

    The date of transaction was July 23, 2022 and I ordered two of their shirts that came to a total of $76.95. I had multiple communications via email about the status of the order. I I was given that there was a delay due to a shortage of workers in the warehouse, one of my shirts was out of stock, to currently having a tracking number but never being dropped off at the post office. I asked for a refund awhile back because this was supposed to be gifts which the occasion has well passed and they stated they do not do refunds. They were willing to give me a refund since they cannot account for where the package is and I have been billed for the t-shits and the withdrawal has been completed from my bank account back in July. I have yet to receive that. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and this is not how you handle business.

    On June 26th, 2022 at exactly 6:48pm, I completed an order for a t-shirt from Ride Clutch (ORDER # ******).Tired of their poor service and receiving what is primarily normal t-shirts that are worth maybe $10-$15 in a monthly subscription box that costs $80+, I canceled my monthly recurring order around that same time. On September 20th, 2022, almost 3 months later, I received an email stating that my order was being filled and sent out along with the tracking # **** #**********************.Moments after receiving this email I checked to see if it had been picked up or given to **** yet, it had not. I then sent Ride Clutch an email telling them to cancel the order due to the fact that I had ordered the shirt 3 months prior and it was just now being prepared for shipment. Ride Clutch then waited until today, September 23rd, 2022 to respond. They would not entertain the option of refunding me the $41.95 that I paid. They kept referring to some "sales final" policy they have. If I had waited for the shirt to arrive and then change my mind, or if they sent the shirt out in a timely manner, I would completely understand this "sales final" policy. This is not the case. I just want my money returned. This is abysmal business practice and it needs to be corrected. It's honestly not even about the money, it's only $40. It's the principle and I hope that this is not happening to others.

    I was and still am aware of what the tracking history stated. That was never the point being made to this company ran by imbeciles. The whole point, as I made perfectly clear, was that they waited 3 whole months to send out a shirt. How would they like it if roles were reversed? This is ridiculous! Any other company I have ever dealt with would immediately tried to fix and improve the situation. Issuing a refund and accepting blame where it lies, with them. Ride Clutch on the other hand does everything they can to state and restate things that doesn't resolve anything. Ride Clutch is not a consumer friendly company and EVERYONE should know that. They can't even make a statement.  All they did was send a screen shot of the part of an email that states that the tracking says the shirt was delivered.  Which I would gladly send back k to them on their dime as I told them to cancel the order before it left the store/facility.  All u wanted was my money back. I did not want the shirt at that point. I had forgotten I even made the mistake and bought it due to Ride Clutch taking 90 days to even start to ship the shirt. They can have their overpriced t-shirt back to rip someone else off. Just send me a return postage and refund my money! That would resolve the issue, but it doesn't resolve the fact that Ride Clutch is a horrible company to do business with!

    We have posted multiple statements on all social media platforms explaining our delays and apologizing for them. Again we do apologize for any frustrations these delays have caused and do understand as we are extremely frustrated ourselves. Because your package was dleievered to you and we have an all sales final policy we cannot refund this order as you have received this package already. Our website does state this policy and also states we do not accept returns. Again we apologize for the delay in getting this order to you and have been and will continue to do everything possible to resolve these delays.

    Placed 2 orders over a month ago, contacted multiple times, same auto response email and run around. Asked for refund multiple times since they are falsely advertising shipping times of 1-3 days or 3-5 bussiness days. It's been 3-5 bussiness weeks and still no activity besides the fact that they tried to charge me again for a membership they still haven't even filled the original order. Place is a strait scam, and according to a source inside there company they are hand picking winners and taking orders they can't and won't fulfill untill they pay for the previous batch of orders. Sounds like a giant scheme to me and I sick that I fell for it. Someone should do something about this bussiness and the fraudulent activity they are committing.

    I placed a few back to back orders months ago with this company and they just keep giving me the run around and after about a month they shipped out one order the smallest one. So I complained to them again wondering where my order is from over 2 months ago and ***** emailed me back telling me oh sorry after over a month of not giving you any details about this order we do t have one of the shirts in stock so youll have to pick another so I emailed back with a different choice only for her to email and say thats also out of stock even though the site claims to have tons of products In stock so she sends me a list of 6 shirts that are actually in stock while the website lists over 20 different shirts are in stock so ask why and she claims the website has a bug which idk of any online company that has a bug for over a year now claiming its being fixed. Ok so why not put something on the website explaining they do t have nearly anything in stock that claims to be In stock. Im still waiting on my orders even after picking something off the tiny list I was given to chose from. At this point I would like a refund and I would really like to bring up a lawsuit or class action lawsuit on them

    Hello I made a transaction July 7th 2022 for t-shirt from this company . After a months I never received my shirt I had to reach out to the customer to ask what was going on because there was no shipping label. They replied 2 weeks later saying that it shouldn't have been already shipped out their apologies and they shipped my t-shirt out August 29th. These is the second time this has happened the first time was two years ago and I didn't get my package till 3 months later . After looking at reviews a lot of people are not getting married packages until after 6 months or later with no explanation on why and if you look up reviews on the motorcycles there are people that have won the motorcycle saying they're friends with food company and that's how they actually won the motorcycle. This is a fraud company that is taking advantage of innocent people with misleading information. They need to be shut down completely.
