    Ordered one outfit on Dec 8th was suppose to be received Dec 16, I received it on December 26.and don’t need it for pictures and Christmas now since it’s passed Christmas! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! I paid full amount they want to only give me the sale price plus charge me almost $7.00 to return! Rip off never again!

    Absolutely awful company. I ordered my first item for my daughter for Christmas which didnt fit. Shes 4 Months and the 3-6 size was way too small. Looked like a newborn size. I cant return it because tags were removed because she had extremely sensitive skin. I gave them another try Black Friday. Then that night night they had deeper discounts and wont even speak to you about helping with their last second sale 0/2. Stay away

    My wife ordered a number of items that were shipped in two packages. She never received them, there was no credit back to her cc and there was ZERO ability to speak to ANYONE re her order. One of the worst customer service experiences ever!

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I am so disappointed in their customer service and wish I never ordered from them.I ordered a plush and onsie on 10/5/24 and never received it. Tracking shows it was shipped, but lost somewhere in transit. I have experience this with things shipped from *****, so I am starting to think this is the case for this order. No one will respond to my email inquiries. I wish I had read customer reviews before I ordered. Terrible customer service!

    I do not recommend buying from this company. They charge shipping and a restocking fee for exchanges. Products are over priced and the quality is not good. I ordered the white candy cane onsie and the white is not white, it looks like the red bled into the white fabric. In addition, sizing is totally ff, runs very small.

    Really low quality compared to similar brands. Sizing is way off. Poor return policy because they dont even process returns or shipping labels.

    Spearmint advertises themselves as a premium baby clothing company, with prices to match. So I expected to receive a reasonable quality item. Instead, the size 6 pjs I ordered for my two year old son came smelling like chemicals, with cheap pinchy elasticy, and as a bonus they didn't fit in the shoulders. Disappointing but these things happen- the bigger let down, their hidden return policy requiring the buyer to pay for it. They are a cheap company that no doubt does drop shipping with misleading advertisement. Why else wouldn't they have a strong return policy to stand by their items? Next time going with one of the better reviewed companies. I couldn't imagine putting a newborn in chemical smelling pjs.

    I would not Recommend ordering from this company. I only did it because the items said they were shipped from *******. They must use pony express. I ordered on April 2 nd and still have no items. They will not respond to my emails. I am so annoyed that you can not physically speak to someone. This is very poor customer service. They use **** delivery and it has spent the last 8 days in *********. Its just ridiculous .

    First of all, you should not make clothes that are off in size compared to the rest of the baby clothes world. Very disappointed. My daughter cant fit into the clothes even a little bit. Shes a twin and 3 months old, so shes small for her age and doesnt fit into the 3-6 month size. Why?When I purchased the items there was no alert to this. I am also disappointed that there is nothing the company will do to apologize. I took the tags off and washed them because I assumed she could fit into this size since she is smaller. So, naturally, now I cannot return them. But I feel like the company should do something about this. I purchased two sleep and plays with the cute ruffle design as a special treat because I thought spearmint clothes looked really cute and appeared to be good quality. Big mistake. Now I cant use the clothes at all. Waste of money and I think the company should not be so misleading. Its really a bummer and poor business practice to send a generic message to a customer who is clearly upset by what happened.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. Tried cancelling an order immediately after placing. Never even received an email back. Cant get a refund due to using a Black Friday code. Have to pay return shipping too. This company is a joke. Tempted to dispute the charge with my bank.
