      My technician ***** is prompt, courteous and thorough in spraying my garage and the foundation of my home. I appreciate his pointing out and handling such things as a tarantula home under my flagstone walkway. He also is responsive to my questions and concerns.

      **** the technician is very thorough, friendly and professional. He even cleans the spider webs on the exterior. Ive never had a pest control technician do that. The office staff is very good too.

      Are technician gabe is the best, Is always does an exceptional job.Been using sexton pest control since 2012; Wouldn't even consider changing, the service has been consistently excellent.

      Sexton sprayed my back yard for weed control. The technician sprayed 6 of my shrubs and they all died. The technician admitted he made a mistake. To date, I have not received a refund for the dead shrubs. I've been waiting since 5/12/23 for someone from Sexton to contact me.

      I sincerely apologize for the mistake and ** not getting this taken care of quickly. Management has been notified and will be taken care of ******* Someone from our office will contact you Monday to resolve this issue. I again apologize for all the issues.
