    We tried to work with them on a property in ************************************************************** ************ The realtor ***** didnt answer for 3 days when we had agreed on terms and we were having to extend our ****** because he wouldnt answer so we could have a place to live.Finally on day 4 of no answer, I found the sellers number and we made a deal on everything - MMRE still wouldve gotten paid. And they freaked out saying we were "out of bounds" and "trying to cut them out" meanwhile I just wanted to have a place to live and this company does not know how to answer a phone.I am not the only person with this experience. If you are a property owner I would list your property with any management company in the world before this one. If you hire a company to manage your property that is based in ***** they will have a better shot at answering the phone and landing a booking.Cant say worse things about this company genuinley.

    The applicant refused to agree to provide a security deposit, which is a requirement for our leases as we are the owner's fiduciary. Security deposits are typical for leases in *******. Unfortunately, we were unable to work with Mr. ****** as his application was denied. While we understand that having an application being denied can be upsetting, we wish Mr ****** the best when securing his housing needs.

    Scammers. This company fraudulently kept an entire security deposit on false claims, then threatened to *** for libel if anyone spoke up against them. Trey ********************** and ***** **********************. Unprofessional and unethical business practices. Their ****** reviews speak for themselves. The ones they dont write themselves, that is.

    In our records, we do not have a tenant or occupant by this name or email address. We assure you that we strictly adhere to all rules and laws regarding the accounting and return of security deposits. We have very few tenants leaving a property in such an unclean and damaged condition to warrant the loss of an entire deposit.  Understandably, this can be a stressful financial situation for the tenant, which may leave them feeling angry. Arizona provides a legal pathway for these disputes to be resolved should we be unable to resolve them mutually.  We are committed to working with tenants and following the legal process. MMG welcomes honest reviews of our business.
