    Didnt bill my insurance. Then they threatened to take me to collections. When I received the bill almost immediately after the services (was from a trip to Honor Health urgent care on **** Blvd) I waited a month for the insurance to pay whatever they would cover. Got another bill a month later, same amount. No insurance billed or on file even though it was provided at the urgent care. The urgent care bill was paid 100% by my insurance but nothing towards the imaging done by Sonoran. Called them and through the call menu it said I could add insurance if I made an account with the link in the text they sent me with my bill. I tried. That was not an option for my account, big surprise. So called back and spoke with someone that barely spoke English. Gave them insurance info and was told to disregard the bill and wait ***** days for insurance to go through. Why is this company not correctly billing insurance? Now I will wait and see if they actually even submit a claim. Not impressed, wouldnt go back to this urgent care ever again because if this. Not Honor Healths fault so thank Sonoran Radiology.

    If I could leave less than a 1 I would they continued to file a claim with the wrong insurance even after I gave it to them more than once and then sent me to collections after I called more than once with the right information and when I called the VA they said they have to file with the right insurance and get denied because it was from 2 years ago and they called the collections to be put on hold while they try to fix their mistake I called to file a complaint and they've had me on hold for over 40 min because they apparently need approval for me to file a complaint this is an appalling representation of how they treat vets

    This "company" is absolute c*** How they still are allowed to operate legally is a complete mystery, as they fail to adhere to any recognized business practices, and seem to operate with complete disregard for standard and acceptable business procedures. Have never encountered any large healthcare involved provider as underhanded and scam stinking as this pitiful excuse for a business. Instead of sending an itemized invoice for charges, out of the blue, these idiots start texting you with balance amounts they say you owe and want you to click on the link to provide to pay this alleged balance. My text messages began 6 months after service so I had no idea what they were referring to when they referenced my "recent' service. Given all the scam texts I normally receive there was no way I was going to click on some link to pay a bill that was completely unrecognized. After several of these messages I found a phone number for this company of losers and contacted their amazingly useless "offshore" customer service department, where someone barely conversant in English kept asking me for my account number. I have no idea who this scam company is, or what they're supposedly billing me for, much less seen an invoice with account info. Miss impossible to understand was finally able to allege that a paper statement had been sent to me 2 weeks prior supposedly, but after another text message I started calling every phone number I could find associated with these scammers - when I got the offshore department I asked for a transfer back to the ** where I talked to an English speaking employee that reiterated the mailing of supposed invoice and also emailed me a copy of the invoice. Days later, I finally received the paper billing that inexplicably took almost 3 weeks to arrive, sent almost 6 months after service they wanted payment for. Bottom line, paid the bill, still getting notices threatening collection action. How is this company allowed to continue their scam?

    I agree with ***** P. I had an ultra sound on 2/14/24, and received a bill on 6/4/24. Wrote a check on 6/5/24 and they cashed it on 6/14/24. That is when I stating to receive many messages to pay the bill. I called after each message and they saw I paid the bill, but I was told to be patient and the bill has to be posted. After receiving many more messages I got fed up and paid the bill again online on 7/22/24. I received no more messages to pay the bill. I was happy my harassing messages stopped. I called them and told them what I had done, so now they owe me a refund. WAS I STUPID. I called them many times and got the same B.S. They cashed the check on 6/14/24 and online again on 7/22/24 and it is now 9/12/24 and I still don't have my money. I suggest if you need any medical testing done then do not go to Sonoran Radiology. They people who work in the billing department are totally incompetent. **********

    Very unethical billing department. They refuse to correct what the *** states. If possible would not go to Sonoran Radiology.

    I have been trying for over 4 months to get a refund of over paying this company. They keep telling me it'll take 30 to 45 days to review. Then they told me 7 to 10 business days fir refund to go out. Then I call in and it's back to 30 to 45 days. If I could send them to a collection agency I would.

    Due to a clerical issue, our Address was input incorrectly by the staff. We never received a physical copy of the bill. We found out we had an outstanding bill because a derogatory **** appeared on credit report. When we called, the representative reported they attempted to send a paper statement and sent a few texts a couple days apart. None of these contact methods were received by us and no calls had been made to attempt to establish communication with us. They said that they were unable to receive our payment, it HAD to be corrected with the collections agency.

    Because my insurance changed what I was required to pay I made a over payment. I have been trying for months to collect the over payment and have been given the round around. The call center sounds as if it is in another country. I have been told that their "system is down" or "updating" and they can not see the account at this time. I have been told that the payment is under review and when I question the review they said "oh wait I see now that it has been approved." Then asked to wait for the check to be sent. I waited a month and called and they said "It was sent on March 1st 2023 and to wait 7 to 10 days." I waited 12 days and called and was told "It needed to be reviewed and to wait 30 to 45 days." I replied that it was already reviewed and was told it was mailed out on March 7th 2023 and to wait 7 to 14 days."
