This document concerns a bill from Radiology Partners Valley. On 11/27/24, I called to pay the bill of $139.00 and spoke with *******. After submitting my payment, I requested a receipt, but ******* informed me that one would not be generated and that I would need to call back the following week to request it. However, I was given a payment confirmation number: ******.On 12/5/24, I called back and spoke with ******* to request the receipt, per Angelous instructions. ******* stated that the confirmation number was invalid and that no payment had been made. I informed him that the $139 had already been deducted from my ***** Fargo account and was received by Radiology Partners Valley. Due to his unprofessional behavior, I requested to speak with a manager.I was then connected with *****, the Escalation Supervisor. After an extensive discussion, ***** stated that the payment had not been accepted because the bill had been "adjusted" on 11/18/24prior to my initial payment call. She confirmed that ******* should not have accepted the payment, as the bill had already been voided. Despite my informing her that the funds had been deducted from my **************** account, ***** stated that there was nothing they could do and advised me to contact **************** to cancel the payment. At my request, she provided the attached documentation.When I contacted ****************, they submitted a claim but denied it. I followed up, but they denied it again, referencing the initial ******* shown on the "receipt" provided by *****, the $139 adjustment was made before my payment was processed. This confirms that I should not have been charged, as the document reflects a $0 balance before payment was made.Please let me know if any additional documentation is needed. Good afternoon,
We reviewed the account, and the patient did receive 3 statements for a balance due of $139.00. The balance was adjusted to collections, and the patient made a payment after this adjustment was done. The account is now paid in full for services rendered. There is nothing to refund.

Date of Service 8/23/22, Sonoran Radiology billed me for services provided when I was hospitalized at ****************************. I paid *********** were then paid by ************. I called numerous times regarding a refund as I was billed in error. Billing **** rude & unhelpful. Kept telling me I had to wait 30 to 45 business days for a resolution. Got my local BC/** involved, they have also called numerous times, they then got the Arizona local BC/BS involved. They are also getting the run around from Sonoran Radiology. Sonoran Radiology was the provider of XRay services at the ***************************************** for my child in December 2023. Sonoran Radiology continues to text me a bill, without filing the claim with my insurance provider. Despite previously contacting them via phone in Summer 2024 and providing my insurance information, Sonoran Radiology has not filed the claim with my insurance provider. I request that Sonoran Radiology file the claim first with my insurance company and then bill us for the uncovered amount.Initial Complaint

After several calls with my insurance company and their billing department they have never correctly filed my claim and continue to bill me. They have done this continually for over a year and now the time frame to file the claim is over. Now I am responsible for the entire bill when my medical insurance would have paid. I made a payment of ***** for the first bill that I received from Sonoran Radiology. I then received a second bill with the same charges plus additional charges totaling ******. They had not deducted my payment of ***** from the new total. I have called them at least 6 times regarding this and have emailed them multiple times with copies of my payment receipt. Each time I called, I spoke to a supervisor who assured me that they rectified the issue and would send a new bill with the new balance reflecting my payment. I continue to receive the same original bill with no deduction for my payment. Each time I call, I have to go through the same lengthy process of explaining the issue and am told they need time to review. In addition, they also appear to have charged for image readings that are not reflected by the hospital on their corresponding image claims, which may indicate ******** fraud. I have included a spreadsheet that outlines the claims, the corresponding hospital claims for the images that Sonoran supposedly read, and the ******** payments and allowances. I received a text message from Sonoran Radiology on June 6 2024 regarding payment for radiology services. I texted back and told them that neither me or my wife have even heard of this company never mind been there. I received another text today, Jun 20th 2024 asking for payment of ********. I called their so called customer service number and got a woman on the phone who could barely speak English. During the conversation I could hear roosters in the background. She looked up the account but refused to give me any information such as date of service or what the services were. She kept saying she was protecting my privacy. She wouldnt even tell me where this business is located. I asked her why wasnt my insurance billed. She told me that my insurance denied the claim. I got frustrated and hung up. I immediately called the claims department at my insurance company. I was told that they never received a claim from Sonoran Radiology. I have a strong feeling that this is a scam. My wife has been going through cancer treatments all at one facility and never once at Sonoran Radiology.Initial Complaint

I went to the emergency room in November 2022 and February 2023. My insurance required a $90.00 copay that I payed at the time of service for each visit. Sometime later I get billed for imaging from Sonoran Radiology. I contacted my insurance and was told I am only responsable for the $90.00 copay. I also contacted the ****** hospital who confirm the copay was my only obligation.
