      I had ***** Estates handle my new build escrow. I was adamant not having the Builder's title company handle my escrow. ***** kept me posted thru the whole transaction. When we approached closing, the Builders title company reached out to me not knowing they were not doing the escrow. That showed me how clueless they were. I am very happy I fought for ***** at Driggs Title to handle my financial future.

      *********************** and ******************* are some of the most proficient escrow officers I have worked with in the industry and I have been doing loans for over 20 years. As a mortgage processor, I know first hand how hard ***** works to get our transactions to closing, with minimal hassle. She bends over backwards to accomodate every weird situation we come across, and we have saved many loans due to her willingness to help us with title requirements. I can't recommend *********************** enough! She is the best!
