    Something smells like fraud here. Same as others reported, I got a $1 dmv record. Unfortunately did not look closely at my last couple of bank statements until I noticed a $28.95 charge. Checked and three months of charges were made, each of $28.95. Contacted **** and he sent three separate emails replies (to cover three months of charges, each month separately?) NO REFUND HAS HAPPENED. We have issued a refund in the amount of $28.95 and closed your account. Please be advised it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card.If you have any questions you may reply to this email or call X** Sincerely,**** Support Manager

    This site is a SCAM. They're publishing a significant amount of information that is inaccurate and they refuse to update or correct the report.

    This site is a SCAM! They say they are going to charge only $1 dollar for a report and then enroll you in a 2 year subscription and charged me $28.95! The charge came from ****************. The dmvrecords.us.org check out tells you that you can get a refund "ANYTIME" but when I called to cancel they told me you have to cancel with in 3 days to get refunded!! They also told me I would get a letter communicating the subscription was cancelled and I still have not received that cancellation letter! I had to take action directly with my bank to protect myself. I did receive a report which they state they do not stand by the accuracy of it, and that is correct because there was incorrect information, around air bag deployment. I would caution you to find a different source for a VIN report. I am highly disappointed!

    I was told I would be charged $1 for a report and then I look at my statement to find I was charged $28.95. When I asked why they said it was my fault for clicking the wrong one even though it was stated on the website that the reports are only $1. I contacted the about this and I was told that I would be getting a refund in 3-5 days and my account was cancelled. But instead of canceling my account they just changed the same and email on my account to something different. This seems highly illegal and like a scam and it makes it scarier that they have all this information on people as well.

    I called this business to get my $28.95 refunded also. they automaticlly sign you up for a monthly charge!! but on your bank account it says the $1.00 is a recurring charge! This whole website is misleading so beware people, this is a scam business trying to look legit!

    Hi,After reading some of these reviews, I feel vindicated. I was sure that it was a $1. Charge too : but when I looked at my bank statement I was charged $28.95. I'm surprised that this company is still in business. Let's call it what it is a SCAM. This many people could have not assumed the same thing, we all thought and were shown a dollar fee. Is anyone going to investigate further???. It's hard to find any honesty and integrity these days.

    Wanted a copy of my driving record for a job application. The website states it is the ******* DMV. When I didn't find what I was looking for, I contacted their chat support who then gave me a link to the actual ******* DMV. Very misleading. It should be clear that this is not a government agency. They have claimed they will refund my money. I am concerned based on other reports.
