5 starsIm not sure where the negative complaints are coming from. My first experience last year I lost over 40 pounds in two months. I then was laid up with surgery for 5 months and put the weight back on. Once I was fully recovered I weighed 236. I restarted the program and I have lost 33 pounds in a little over a month. Im doing a three month program to get down to 190.My observations: - its expensive but it works for most - as you age your metabolism slows which will make it very hard to lose weight with or without this program - many obese people I know make every excuse in the world for their shortcomings and never accept blame - fat burning shots help plus weigh in every week to keep yourself motivated - purchase the **** It suppresses your appetite and controls cravings - if you hit a wall and cant seem to lose weight, take one day and eat a healthy carb meal (lasagna or a Turkey wrap.it will get your metabolism working harder for you Overall, Im very satisfied with RM3 and have recommended it to many of my friends. I cant thank this company enough. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and have done RM3 twice (4 years apart). The first time, I lost over 50 lbs effortlessly. Some years went by and life happened; some weight came back. I immediately turned to Red Mountain knowing how successful I was the first time, and ended up losing another ******************************************************** I could not have done this without you!

Im on my 3rd week and Ive lost almost 20 pounds. Im following the plan and eating based on their recipes. Im still cautious I may stop losing weight, but every morning its exciting to get on the scale and weigh less than the day before. More laterRed Mountain Weight Loss
