I went to RM to loose a stubborn 15 lbs . I am on medication for my ** and I am well controlled , they took my ** 3 times and it came up with a number that was dangerously high . They then gave me an *** , it was fine, I was told to come back the next day for a ** recheck, in the mean time I took my ** 4 times at home both that day and the next morning all readings were between 117/80 and 125/85 .. yet when I went to RM it was 169/100 , I never said anything negative to the staff even though they treated me horribly . I was even scolded by the receptionist who took my ** the second day and told to sit and be quiet . Not sure if the receptionist is a medical assistant or not , but being bullied is certainly not what I came there for . I had done the program before and it was fine although very expensive and I am not sure the medication really does anything when you are put on a **** cal diet . Retraining should be a priority and addressed , I paid my consultation fee plus the *** fee . Not sure why they treat patient like this and I hope it's not the normRed Mountain Weight Loss

******************** started the program in May of 2023. A little expensive but less expensive than medical issues due to being over weight. I am down 40lbs and have managed to keep it off. I went from a very tight size 16 pants ( should have been size 18) to a size 8. Very happy. Stop making excuses if you don't follow the plan. Take responsibility for what you do or don't do. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful with any questions or concerns I had.Red Mountain Weight Loss

5 starsBest diet plan ever. Yes its expensive but, your health is important. I have no regrets. This plan was easy. The medicine did not make me jittery and did not make me hungry. I picked foods from the list. I had a pleasant experience with RM3 and recommend it to people who are struggling. My A1c went from a 9.0 to a 5.2. No longer taking medformin or vitozin ( doesnt like auto correct) and am no longer a diabetic. Yes you can reverse diabetes people, if you follow the plan, keep focused, know that youre health is very important. You have to dedicate yourself to the diet and I promise you it will work and it doesnt take long to reach your goal. Youre hard work is your reward in the end. Invest in yourself and your health for you and your family. Youre doctors will be happy and proud of you Because, you put in the effort.AGReview fromTracy F

I started on Red Mountain almost a year ago. I am down 30lbs. This program is expensive but it works. I should be down more than I am but I started following my own eating plan. Even after eating whatever I wanted, the weight is still slowly coming off. If you are serious about losing weight, this is the program for you but prepare yourself for the expense. Initial appointment is $600, and $75 for monthly visits plus diet pills which range from $65-$99.Red Mountain Weight Loss

Red Mountain Weight loss was happy to take my $600.00 but not a single provider or nurse told me that you can not substitute foods. Even if you are on a calorie deficient diet you will not loose any weight. Safe your money.Red Mountain Weight Loss

I received $194.50 in the form of a gift card. I returned half of the medication and I paid $620 for the program. Clearly I didnt receive half of the program cost. Also, why would I go back to Redmountain for any other services if this program didnt work? The gift card makes absolutely no sense.Andrea L.

Two years ago I went to RM3 and lost 25lbs. Recently, I've decided to go back and to take off stubborn 10lbs. Yes, it is expensive but it works if you follow the program. I would have given 5 stars, however charging for the third visit (maintenance) is an insult. I've sent feedback to the company but have heard nothing.Red Mountain Weight Loss

5 starsIt works!!! No BS, RM3 is extremely challenging, but its worth the pain. Absolutely the nicest people, with you every step of the way. I get a call once a week, very supportive and they have all been in the trenches as well. Expensive? Yes, but whats your health and happiness worth? Im happier and more confident now at 60 than I was at 16. Nothing was hidden ergo cost or challenge. Would absolutely recommend this program if youre serious about being healthy and happy. 5 starsIt is a great program and works if you follow the program. They give you medication unlike a lot of weight loss programs and you get to eat your own healthy food. The weight will drop. The people that gave it few stars probably did not stick to the plan. Everyone I know that has done it and followed directions has lost ***** pounds a month.Review fromColleen O

5 starsI lost 30 pounds doing the RM3 program. It was not just water weight like most the weight loss I have gone back and forth with since my hysterectomy. This was the actual fat that keto, exercise and diet would not get rid of. The medication is what targets the tough fat. It was the first time I have ever hit my weight loss goal on any program. The staff is amazing. If people are not losing weight it is because they are not following the program. It requires discipline and the first few weeks are challenging. It has changed the way I look at food and I have been able to keep the weight off for 7 months. I did 2 months on step one which was $600 a month but then stepped down on month 3. I have recommended it to everyone I know who struggles to lose weight. It is a lifestyle change.
