    I took my 2004 Raptor 660 to White Mountain Performance in September and let them know it needed the carb rebuilt and I needed it back at the end of the month for a trip. I was told this was fast to do and they would have it done in a week. I called several times to check on the progress and if anyone answered the phone I was told they had to call me back which they never did. If anyone talked to me I was told the work was just started. On the day I had told them I would pick up the quad (21 days later) I found they had never started any work on it. I told them we would be pack the next day to pick it up. Came the next morning and still the carb had been rebuilt but cleaned. Told them to put it back together and we would pick it up on Tuesday since they were closed Monday for the Holidays. Came on Tuesday my quad was in pieces half the screws missing my battery stolen the lid to the air box missing. The owner saying he fired everyone because they were stealing and he wasn't sure what was mine and wasn't sure where all the screws were. He gave me a battery I said was not mine, but he said it fits a quad. It does not fit my quad. I have asked several times to have a new battery ordered to replace mine that was stolen and to have a new air box ordered since the lid to mine was lost and you can not use a quad without a lid to the airbox. I have kept trying to call I get blown off told they will call me back, told they don't know if it got ordered, told it will get ordered. It is now November tomorrow and I have been trying to get this settled since September. I only want what is missing replaced and any damage that they caused to my quad paid for.

    In sept Of 2023 I ordered a leer topper for my truck, the order got messed up and was never started by leer, was told i would get a refund that was November, it is now February 2024 and no refund. Nothing but lies from the check writer. Then i filed paperwork to go to court, AND the **** lost it. so now i have to go another route, nothing but smoke blowen up my **** from ****************** there, never ever do business there. I have documentation of all of this . Man have i heard it's in the mail. LMFAO.
