    Only giving 1 star because I cant give a zero.Beware of white mountain performance.I paid them $640 for motorcycle tires a month ago, they finally came in (I had to go into the store after 2 weeks of calling, theyd told me 3-5 business days when I ordered them.)I went in Friday, was told to bring the bike down Monday or Tuesday and theyd install the tires while I wait. I called Monday to confirm I could still bring it in because they never gave me an actual time, and the owner (****) said to bring it in today (Tuesday) instead at 11 because he wasnt going to be able to get me ******** at 11 I showed up at the shop and he told me he cant install them today because he fired all of his mechanics and said hed call his nephew (Im guessing not a certified mechanic) to install them. I asked the owner to just refund my money and Id go somewhere else because they had already strung me along for a month during prime riding season and I cant ride until the new tires are on. He refused to refund my money and said he didnt have the money to issue a refund and kept trying to give me excuses about his personal life, I offered a simple resolution but he refused.
