    On May 8,2024, we visited the business, Extreme Off-Road & Performance located at 2632 S 6th Ave Tucson AZ 85713. WE paid for the order of a muffler for a 2013 Volkswagon Beetle, in the amount of $957.71 by check #619. The owner, ****** *******, took the order and asked us to write the check out in his name rather than the company. We thought that was strange, but he said something about a dispute between himself & his brother. He said he would call us as soon as the muffler came in so we could bring the car in for installation. This amount was for the part only.

    We hadn't hear from Mr *******, so we tried calling him. The number has been disconnected, He also provided Uhaul services at this location. We also tried that number. I have emailed him at the email address on the business card with no luck.

    We live in Tombstone, AZ. We called a cousin who lives in Tucson. He drove by the business and stated "It's all closed up. There are no vehicles anywhere"

    All we want is a full refund.

    On November 22 I gave $2500 to extreme off-road motor vehicles in Tucson Arizona for a lift kit for my Nissan pick up truck. This $2500 deposit was for purchase of the materials supplies for the lift kit installation. Since that time there has been no delivery of the lift kit materials, and the business is often closed. Initially, I was told that there was a delay in the delivery, because the wrong supplies were sent from California. However, since that time, I have not been able to find out anything further about that even though it was promised delivery overnight. One employee told me the owner of business was in court out of state. At this point, I only want my money back. This moment I am in the parking lot outside the business, and the bay doors are open doors to the tool racks are open however, there are no employees present. I believe my money is being stolen.

    Back in December 26, 2022, I took my 2022 Polaris RZR into Xtreme Off-road & Performance for an insurance claim because it was a known business for solely off-road vehicles. I was told my the owner Manuel Morales that he would take care of all the work in his shop and it was projected to be completed in the time period of 4-6 weeks from January 2023. It is August 2023, it has been around 8 months and I still have not received my vehicle from them. I contacted the owner of the shop constantly only to receive the same answer every time (the answer was more and more time). I have a GPS tracker on my Polaris RZR and it turns out my vehicle is down the border in Mexicali, Mexico when I was told the furthest it would be taken for parts and labor is El Centro, California.
