    Back in January 2023, I took my 2017 Polaris RZR into Xtreme Off-*************************** for an insurance claimbecause it was a known business for solely off-road vehicles. I was told by the owner *************************** that repairs and modifications would take any time from 4-8weeks to be completed. from January 2023. It is January ****, it has been 1 year and I still have not received my vehicle from them. I contacted the owner of the shop constantly only to receive the same answer every time (the answer was more and more time). Iast i was told that my vehicle is at a shop in *********, **********.

    I paid for parts over ******* and they didn't put new parts. Missing parts, stolen parts, and never gave me my money back. They gave me invoice for parts but not a new invoice without new parts. Not to mention brakes not secure, exhaust spring n clip on, no Radiator fluid, once applied, it was in engine. Never had this problem. Please don't take side by side to this business. Can't leave a ZERO STAR!
