      Service World RV **************) came out to look at the issues we were having with our fifth wheel on June ******* We PAID him $198.00 for a trip charge. He wrote up an estimate and sent it into Open ***************** agreement we paid for) they approved for him to fix A/C and refrigerator. He told us he had to order the parts and would come back out when they came in. Well needless to say we called and left messages several times, also sent text messages. he rarely answered but when he did he would say yes I have the parts I will be out by Monday. Well Monday would come and go with no show or call. this went back and forth for months. He finally came out on September 24 2024 to install A/C, but said he had the wrong motherboard for the refrigerator, so he said i will be back today, i will go to the shop and grab the other motherboard i have and also bring generator to test the A/C. Well he never returned or called that day. We called him and no answer, we left message. We texted him and called several times asking when he would come back to fix the refrigerator and test the A/C. He would finally text and say he will be come out soon to finish, but again no show or call or text. So we called Open Road *************) on 2/8/2025 to see if they could help us out. Come to find out he was paid for the A/C and motherboard by them on September 26, 2024 for work that is NOT completed. They tried calling him and no answer. So we are hoping you guys are able to help us out on getting him to finish the repairs he was paid for. As you can see we have been trying to get him to finish these repairs for the past 8 months with no luck.Thank you for your time in this matter.

      I believe ******* the owner of Service World has scammed me. I feel hes scamming me on work that was scheduled over a month ago. He has told me on 4 occasions he would be at my house to start the repairs and never showed up and didnt bother to call and let me know he wasnt going to make it. When this started I made it clear my wife and I would be leaving for **************** October 14 he a sured me the work would be done by then. I had prices from State trail but couldnt get appointment for a month and a half ( that put leaving Az too late). Now my wife and I have had to postpone our house going on the market and we have to reschedule our life. I have asked for the return of my $3k. Been to his office twice to get my money back to only be disappointed and given excuses. ? consumer beware this is not a company you want to work with. Sorry for having to do this but he needs to be stopped

      We have been the victim of fraud three times by ******* ******, owner of Service World RV. He needs to be stopped. We need to get our money back. Others need to be warned about his shady dealings.

      ******* picked up our side by side and trailer from Sun City RV storage on August 4th 2023. He said he would tune it up for $450.00 and it would be done in a week. We gave him a $300.00 deposit and waited. For a year he has had one excuse after another for why we still don't have our side by side. The tune up turned into more than expected, he said he needed to replace the gas tank, carburator and shocks. We understood that this would delay the turn around time but a year?We have continually been told it would be completed and he would call us to tell us when we could pick it up. To date this hasn't happened. He has had car accidents, surgeries, wife's health issues, someone dead on his property & side by side blocked in as excuses!

      The owner of this company is a person who is unethical, lies, unprofessional, misleading, dishonest, and fraudulent. He does not tell his customers the truth nor does he respond to questions about your service needs. The owner of the company is a slick talker but performs subpar work and will circumvent the truth for profit. He charges you full price for major replacement components and then only puts in a part of the components as he deals with third party vendors instead of the manufacturer. This company does not do what they say they are going to do. They take their money up front and promise to deliver goods and services beyond what they are capable of and never come back to make good on the promise. I have been waiting 5 months to get the system I purchased and still do not have all the components to make it work! Do not use them EVER! I am out $20,000 and probably still have to purchase another $13,000 unit and get it installed.

      I reject this communication from Service World because it is a lie.  They promised to send me the burner control via ***** MANY times from February 10 to April 25.  They never sent the controller, they never sent any tracking information and mostly never answered my emails and texts.  Also since they never provided me with a complete unit which Ipaid for in ecmeber 2023, I do not expect that they will ever complete the job, refund my money or repair my unit.

      they installed 2 new units last summer and within 2 months we were having problems. it is in our 5th wheel rv and we live in it. i told them about the issue and the weather was cooling off. they said they would be out in november, no came. i have called repeatedly and they made appointments to come out. they never showed up. all week they told me they would be here. they have not.my wife has health issues and cannot be over heated.

      Requested him to repair my RV- the roof-- gave an estimate for $ *********- took me it would be done in 3 to 4 weeks--he requested moneys up front due to he was working on Sun City RV property - due to he didn't have his own business place yet-- gave him $ 10.268.74 to start the repairs-- November 9th - he was to start working on it Called every week-- always had an reason why it was not done yet- weather-family problems- out of town - etc...February 9th - went to his new place of business-- no RV there-- went back to Sun City RV-- still sitting in the same spot we left it-- no work was done- inside was torn apart- more damages than before. Called him and fired him- requesting my moneys back due to nothing was done-just more damages. He refused to refund me my moneys.

      On October 28, 2022 I contracted ***************************, owner of Service World RV to do some repairs to my motor home. It took him until December 12, 2022 to complete these repairs at which date I paid him $4645.00 total for these repairs. He at this time told me that the engine block needed to be replaced to correct the engine misfiring. On December 14, 2022 I paid Service World ( ******* ) a additional deposit of $8492.00 to begin that process for the engine repairs. From December 14, 2022 until February 7, 2023, I contacted *******, on almost a daily/weekly basis, to see how the repairs were advancing and was given one excuse after another for delays. On February 7, 2023, I told ******* since nothing had been completed towards the repairs that I was going to have someone else do the repairs. He agreed with me and told me he would return all of my deposit money in full ($8792.00) to me in a couple days. I contacted ******* daily for the next week about him returning my money, but was given excuse after excuse for the delay. On February 16, 2023, ******* told me he was waiting for the refund to post to his bank account but he gave me another excuse for not having my money. On February 27, 2023, ******* told me he was getting a check on Tuesday February 28, 2023 at 2:30 pm and would have my money later that afternoon and he would call me to pick it up, but I received no call. I talked with him this morning, March 1, 2023 at 9:30 am and he now says he will have my money Friday March 3, 2023. Just another lie !!! At this time all I want is to get my money back paid in full ($8792.00) so I can pay for my bill for the repairs to my motor home which I have hired a different RV Company to complete the repairs. I really dont want to have to pursue legal action and expenses to get my money back from Service World RV. Thanks for your help and assistance to help me with my complaint. *********************
