      Don't be like me and overlook the bad reviews. He took almost 9 months when he said it would take 3 weeks to finish. He gave me used parts rather than the new ones I paid for and less than what I paid for.Paid $2,799.96 ($699.99 ea) for 4 105AH LIFEPO4 BLUE TOOTH BATTERIES and received 2 100ah batteries. I noticed two and asked about it and he said he gave me two 200ah batteries to save space and at the time I couldn't see to verify. I was ripped off a minimum of $1,399.98 plus labor Paid $2334.12 for a 3000 watt ******** Inverter/Converter and he installed a used, broken, 2000wa off brand Inverter/Converter that sells new at ******* for approx. 1300. I was ripped off $2334.12 and had to pay labor and cost for someone else to do it correctly because the 2000 watt was not enough to handle my power needs as discussed with ******* (the owner of ServiceWorld RV).Paid $1,267.96 for 4 350-watt 12volt solar panels and received 3 panels, ***** uncertain at this moment. I was ripped off a minimum of $315.99 plus labor For the solar system alone, I was ripped off a minimum of $4,050.09 in parts plus the labor I had to pay someone else to fix the ******** for the rest of the work. I have not been able to verify but the guy working on fixing my solar issues thinks I received a used AC unit when I paid $1,062.12 plus labor for a new one.Not enough characters to tell the whole story, read more on my ****** and Yelp review.I paid about $18000 for the shoddy work and at least another $18000 trying to survive being homeless as he took almost 9 months to finish what he said would take 3-weeks. I plan on going to small claims as I have no money left to go to regular court. I caught this man in so many lies, and he was ***** in his response, read my Yelp review for more on that.

      This Customer is not telling the truth. This customer has tormented me and
      made baseless accusations against me and threaten me personally committing violence, verbally abuse and threatening physical actions against me. This is the reason why I chose to not continue working with this customer.
      This Customer brought this unit in for roof repair . It was rotten beyond repairs. She was homeless and asked me to fix the roof because it was leaking water in on her which I told her it will be an extensive and long repair due to the fact that the sides and the top of the ** was completely rotten . ********* ****** lives on the side of ********** and ************* in ********. Ive extended my hospitality to help her. even today day Ive extended my hand to work with her, but only got threats of violence, verbal, abuse, threats, and harassment. I have all receipts all pictures and paperwork to support my claim . I have signed work orders form Mrs. ********** style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Mrs. ****** rush to get her unit back knowing that I needed to QC the unit and go over the unit completely.
      If ********* ****** chooses to stop the harassment, verbal beef and violence towards me in my company and employees. I will be willing to get her unit back in and correct the complaints that she has

      I have documented proof of my claims documented by the new ******* I had to hire to fix what ******* didn't do correctly. I'll see you within a year in small claims court. The only reason it won't be sooner is that it's getting to hot in ******* so I had to leave. Not to mention the stress you caused my family with your delays and lies has ruined all my plans. I've never once threatened or caused violence against ******* or anyone. This accusation ******* has made against me just adds to the level of pettiness ******* is willing to sink to. He threated to have me arrested for trespassing after calling him out on his BS. I never threatened harm. I threatened to seek a permit from the city to picket his business. After three weeks he said he was going to have it finished that weekend. So I drove the thousand miles back from my sister's house where I was staying just to be told he had to redo a section of the roof - because he didn't do it right the first time. He said it would take another week to finish. The next week it was another redo of the roof and every week after it was one excuse after another why it would be another week. This cost me about 7 grand in hotel fees for 4 months before I finally moved to my car after the rates went up and the temperature went down. By this time, it was October, and he said he would have it finished in time to go home for Thanksgiving. Get this. After everything was supposedly finished back at the first time he said it would be finished. All this time he had claimed that everything else was finished yet 6 months or so later the toilet wasn't installed and nothing was checked.A person can be patient for so long and after about 6 months or so after he said it would be finished the first time I started to lose my patience and my faith in ********* ability and - I was right. Everything I claimed above is true and I can prove it with pictures.The only person here lying is ******* and if you search various review sites you will see how he claims people are lying when in fact they most likely are not. There are enough negative reviews across the internet to show and trend with this business. I left my Rv with ******* at the end of June and he said it would take only three weeks to complete the work I signed off on. This is the only reason I hired him because State Trailer said they couldn't get me in for another month then it would take a month to repair. Otherwise, I would have sold it for scrap and cut my losses because yes, I do live in the ** full-time. At this point I would have only lost the initial 14k I spent to buy the **. Now I'm down around three times that much because of his delays and shoddy work. The only thing that made me homeless is ********* lies and not doing the work in a timely manner. We do have the ** back but not because I rushed him. He said he was finished. The only thing left was wiring up the solar system to be monitored from the inside - or so he said, and he said he would send ***** out to finish it. My new tech found so much more that wasn't done correctly.I will say this, evidentially, if ******* is telling the truth, he found mold in my ceiling while putting in the new AC unit - this was months after the first time he said it would be finished, btw, and was already in the process of tearing the ceiling down when he told me. I asked him how much it would cost, and his only answer was that he would work with me on it. I asked multiple times throughout the few next months, and he never would give me a price. After I started catching him in lies - lies I can prove, I told him at one point that if he even dared charge me a ***** more than our original agreement that I would sue him for everything I have had to spend trying to survive his delays - thousands. The reason I bring this up is because he had to take the cabinets down and when he put them back up - he did a shoddy job and one side fell down while going down the highway almost hitting my daughter. We heard a noise and noticed the cabinets coming loose from the ceiling and she was in the process of getting things out of it when it came crashing down. He sent me an email on March 22 stating, "This is the end of business between ServiceWorld RV. I wish you the best ". This was after he threated to call CPS on me to say she "wasn't where she was supposed to be". This level of pettiness, bringing my child into our issues, was the last straw for me and I wrote a negative review on ******. Now he wants to spread lies about me when I can prove every word I have said. The only thing I cannot prove is that he initially said it would only take 3 weeks. But let's get real, I would not have put myself in this position if I knew it would take over 8 months. I do have him on recording though saying he knows it was taking longer than it should have - mostly because he was taking on other work. He told people what they wanted to hear to get their deposit and vehicle locked in his shop but didn't follow through with even getting started on the work by the time he said it would be finished. There are plenty of reviews on the net to prove this probable cause to believe what I am saying.

      Can't warn you enough, stay away!. ******* comes out as being a stand up guy. I actually liked him. However, after over a month of "ordering" parts etc I have NOTHING repaired. He said he changed my front airbags , another tech I have had out says they were never replaced! HE broke my lighted door handle, again, ordered, never saw it. My aqua hot , the reason I went still in pieces, those ordered parts coming by pony express I guess. I brought my coach there 12/27/24, today is 3/8/25, I am waiting on another , reputable company to come and fix my aqua hot. I had put 2 new front tires on and 1 is all scuffed like it was rubbed on a curb. My coach sat out in a questionable area in a unsecured location. I'm glad I hot my coach out of there before any more damage was done. I wish I could give you my number to call me and verify I'm not crazy. STAY AWAY FROM "NO" SERVICE WORLD RV!

      This Customer has three parts at my shop, two for the aqua hot and a door handle that broken when i was getting in his coach. Customer took coach home unit parts arrive which came in three weeks age. **** was given a call and text about no answer.

      I reached out to **** to see about this complaint but customer will not answer. This Customer never paid me for the work because i told him that i will complete everything first before he pay the bill. Zero dollars was given to his bill. I order all the part on the company and customer was aware of that.

      This customer has three parts that were ordered and are at my shop. One part is for the Aqua Hot and the other for a door handle that I informed the customer that I accidentally broke when I was getting in his coach. The customer asked if he could take the coach home until the parts arrived, which we both agreed on. The parts arrived three weeks ago. I gave the customer a call three weeks ago and received no answer. A voicemail and text message was left informing the door handle and parts for Aqua Hot had arrived, and that I was working to clear units off the lot to be able to bring his unit back to complete the repairs.

      I have reached out to the customer to inquire about this complaint, but the customer will not answer. This customer has not paid for the initial work that was preformed, because I informed him that I would complete everything first once the parts arrived, before he paid the invoice. There was no payment received from the customer for the parts that were ordered. The customer was made aware and agreed to it.

      ******* had my ** for about 6 months. I live out of state and was unable to check on the work in person. When I finally was able to lay eyes on the ** I found he'd lied to me about any work being done. He cashed an insurance check for over $8000 and didn't do the work. Ultimately I had to contact the police in ********, AZ to get my ** back. The police said that they had received similar complaints about him in the past and were kind enough to call him and tell him he had to give back the **. He called me irate and threatened to leave the ** parked outside exposed to the elements because the one thing he had done was remove all the roof vents so that the interior was exposed. I finally had to hire a lawyer to get reimbursed by the insurance company who will now be pursuing ******* for reimbursement.I wrote a similar review on ****** and ******* responded accusing me of slander so I would like to add that I have emails, texts and photos to support my review. I take slander and libel seriously. In fact, it can be construed as libel or slander to falsely accuse someone of either.

      The owner named ******* does nothing but ***** and deflect any issues that he has with a customer. A simple situation where I needed my keys to be returned to me as I was given a wrong set of keys has taken a month and still no resolution. He constantly lies and comes up with some excuses to not get the job done. I paid him a lot of money to fix my motorhome which she did but when it came down to some customer service he lacked in all areas. I've been contacted by two other customers who saw my posting and have had similar situations. I would not recommend him or anyone in his office. His solution to customer service is to block you from calling him or to never answer his pages. This is a pathetic way to run a business. I am going to seek additional penalties on him as I've contacted the *******************************.

      HAS HAD OUR ***** HOME FOR 8 MONTHS FOR PAINT WORK AND NEW AWNING FOR SIX MONTHS IT SAT AND HE WORKED ON THE WRONG ***** HOME. WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN IT WORKED PERFECT. HE ******* AND SAID OTHER COMPANY WIRED IT BAD, GAVE US A SUPPLEMENT FOR BID FOR $2,693.82. WORK HAS STILL NOT BEEN DONE ON PAINT WORK AND AWNING, MY WIFE WENT IN TO SEE THE ***** HOME TWO WEEKS AGO AND HE HAD POLICE REMOVE HER FROM THE PROPERTY AND GAVE HER A NEW SUPPLEMENT FOR $5,648.96. I WENT IN FRIDAY AND SAID ***** HOME WOULD BE DONE 9-11-2024, AND NOTHING WAS DONE. I TOLD HIM I WANTED MY *****HOME AND WOULD PAY HIM FOR WORK DONE, AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR *****HOME. I PAID HIM $5,300.00 UP FRONT, PERSONALLY I THINK HE SCAMED US ON THE ELECTRIC WORK, THE COACH WAS AT ******** AND THE COACH RAN PERFECT. WOULD LIKE TO HAVE OUR *****HOME BACK AND DO YOU HAVE AN ATTORNEY THAT COULD HELP US. THANKS

      We had Service World ** winterize and then de-winterize ****** for us. Everyone in the office was polite and helpful, and the owner went above and beyond by washing the ** before returning it to us.Very happy with the service.

      Wish we had read these reviews before we took our travel trailer to Service World RV (SWRV).They are dishonest, argumentative, intimidating, threatening and possibly fraudulent. Everything that is stated in the earlier reviews we experienced! After working with our RV's manufacturer sending them several photos and our VIN number they agreed to replace the axle and install outriggers at their cost of 1 hour for each portion of the work. This was explained to SWRV when we made our appointment. The name, phone number and contact email of our manufacturer's representative was provided to them WE WERE NEVER DISSATISFiED WITH OUR MANUFACTURER AND NEVER REFUSED REPAIRS DUE TO CONFlICT WITH THE WARRANTY PROCESS that is incorrectly stated on the invoice we were forced to sign to retrieve our trailer "customer refused repairs due to a conflict with the manufacturer's warranty process." They tried to charge us for brake inspection that wasn't necessary, if they would have replaced the axle with a new one as we had requested. They, being the "expert mechanics" should have told us it wasn't necessary. They lied about our axle needing leaf springs. It does not have leaf springs. To our knowledge, they never contacted our manufacturer and may have been trying to use junk parts on our RV. We were advised by our manufacturer's warranty manager to get it out of SWRV.As we were trying to pick up our trailer they kept yelling at us "get off our property or we will call the police!" They even told us they would *** us if we filed a review.

      My RV had burnt wires in the ceiling and it was explained to myself and the insurance company that the wires needed to be replaced because of a possible fire hazard. After a couple of months I started having the same issues so called another service company, upon inspection the technician found that the wiring was not replaced. They also installed a tankless water heater that only uses propane, I asked for a different type because I do not use gas. After giving me the runaround for a month or more the technician came back and installed my old unit without the door explaining the owner was working on getting me a new one. My phone calls go unanswered and the old heater stopped working. The incident was reported to the **** for review. The owner of the company is a slick talker but performs subpar work and will circumvent the truth for profit. -Ethics- is not part of this companies ethos. Pathetic

      ***************** asking to have an tankless furrion water installed in his coach. Once the ***************** schedule allow for us to come out to install new unit. Our techs arrived and completed the installation and test the new for proper operation. 

      Three weeks after ServiceWorld RV installed the new furrion tankless water heater. We received a call from ***************** that he no longer wants the water heater due the unit only works off of propane and not 110 volt A/*********************** explained that the furrion tanks water heat only works off of propane before the tech installed new unit. 

      At ***************** request ServiceWorld RV sent techs back out to ********** to reinstalled the old Dometic water heater that has rusted out l/p system and only work off of 110 volt A/C. but due to the removal of this unit the door of the water was damaged. ******* Order a new door for the customer and told him that it was on back order an once door arrive that i will send a tech out to install it. ***************** was told that ServiceWorld RV will not be responsible of any issues that *** occur with. The reinstalling of the old water heater due to the damage that was the main issue for us replacing that unit.

      ***************** has been in contact with My by cell phone and text. Once i stopped ***************** from call my personal cell phone and directed him to call the company phone due to unprofessional behavior. Only then this became a problem.

      I have texts to show ***************** is not been truthfully in this complaint.

      I called ***************** this morning to see how we can move froward and correct these issues. ***************** only wants me to bring out the door and that will complete this chapter.

      ServiceWorld RV received a mobile call request from *************************** July 8 for a refrigerator not getting cold. In ** service. In the mist of diagonal Customer refrigerator in completing the ** serviced. A technician noticed that ****************** had gaps in his sealant around his roof inn that the roof was in terrible condition. Technician contacted the owner. The owner called ******************************* in reference to his roof. ****************** was given an estimate to repair or replace the roof ****************** chose to repair the roof because he didnt have the funds to completely replace the roof. ****************** call back to schedule an appointment on the 22nd so that he can have time to secure funds for the repair of his roof. The appointment was scheduled for 6:30 AM on July 22, 2023. ****************** was given a call Friday, July 21 at 6 PM to confirm appointment. Once technicians arrived on July 22 at 6 PM to perform the roof overlay of the sealant around each opening on the roof, ****************** was given instructions by ***** to the repair. ****************** walked on the roof. It was verified that each area of the his roof was sealed correctly and pictures were taken. Once job was complete ****************** came out to verify that everything was complete. It was giving an invoice for payment at that time. ****************** did not wanted to pay for the services that was rendered upon his request. Mr. can do is choosing to slander a company due to the fact that he does not have the funds to completely replace his roof, therefore trying to get out of paying for services that was rendered upon his request.Once ******************************* made aware of the services he choice to repair his unit, ****************** paid the bill and signed the invoice.
