4 stars*****, my service tech was great. He had the new part installed and answered my questions all in less than an hour. Beyer scheduling was not so great. I called them on a Monday morning to schedule. They needed a picture of my dishwashers model & serial number so they had the correct part. I sent that right away as instructed via text. No acknowledgment text was received no call back to schedule. So 2 days later on Wednesday I called them to schedule the repair. They need to improve on their follow through especially when they say they will call.Beyer Appliance Service Inc
