1 starThe service technician showed me a faulty cord and instead of ordering a replacement he wrote up some other recommendations. He stated he would order the part but then wrote up other recommendations and finished my order.

Thank you for your review. We always want to hear from our valued customers. According to our records. the technician found that the prongs on your cord had been cut, thus they were not making contact. This was why your appliance was not receiving power. We submitted our report that a new cord would be required to bring your appliance back into spec. Your warranty company denied the claim. They also informed you that if you wanted us to purchase the part and repair for you what the cost would be. Why the 1 star review?Review fromMelissa J
