      This place has nice, helpful sales people but they rest of the team is not able to deliver. The cabinet quality is decent for the price. They seem to oversell without the downstream ability to install everything they sell. I probably had 4-5 different installers come out each time finishing a little more than the team before. Almost 5 months later, I finally got today the touch up paint that I had requested when they installed and left some scratches in the paint finish. The ONLY person who did what she said she would and followed through was Bri. *** delivered the paint to me today. She followed up with me all along the way, even when she had no new info. She always communicated that she was still working on the problem. If she were running the place, this place would run way smoother. On the other hand, the person who is in charge of ordering, *****, will not respond to texts or phone calls. She needs to go. She literally only answered one text out of ten that I sent from October 2022 to January 2023. Until they get the right people in place, you will not be happy working with this company.

      Fraudulent company. They claim they have "in stock" cabinets and advertise themselves as such but they are not in stock. They have to have them shipped from an AZ store and they get them from another country. Their owner ****** does not care about his customers. I've been waiting over 4 months for my completed order and still have not received my remaining three cabinets that they lost and had to re order.

      They take your money, deliver the wrong products, hire incompetent employees who cannot even measure and design accurately. The first employee measured wrong, ordered too many and wrong cabinets that could not fit in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The project manager came by few days later, re-measured, did not get back to us for more than a week. The company told us they would get back to us few days after. That project manager was fired. A new project manager stopped by and tried to fix the problems. We are still waiting for him to get back to us. Its been more than 2 months. Due to their unprofessionalism, slowing down our entire process of renovation and extending our current rental contract.

      I am totally impressed with Sanels Wholesale Cabinets. Their staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping select the best materials for my cabinet. The quality was simply the best. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for my next project. I could not be more satisfied!

      The sales team is WONDERFUL and I would do business with those individuals again in another company. The operations team and General Manager cannot give a straight answer, keep a promise or put a viable plan together to complete installation to save their life. The **************** and Order Status lines don't get answered. You get promised to be called back and they don't keep that promise often. You are given a delivery date and not everything shows up. You have to micro manage the delivery and installation process to the nth degree. This is worse than navigating the medical industry. I will never do business with this company again.

      I have been attempting via email since October 28th to resolve this issue and have had the longest run around with this company's Operations team. I have yet to have my issues resolved. Calling them as their comment states isn't quite what it appears to be in reality. I have the email chain to prove the efforts on my part to get this resolved.

      This has to be the most unethical with the worst customer service weve ever dealt with. ***** is a compulsive liar, her Sales Manager ****************** is just like her. They take your money, deliver the wrong products and takes months to get any response back. They claim its supply chain issues but continue to advertise they have cabinets. I highly discourage doing any business with this company and I am also reporting them to the *** and the ******* Attorney General. I sincerely hope the BBB can do something to help as well, $20k dollars weve spent with this company and being real estate investors and agents we will do everything we can to ensure everyone knows just how bad they are.

      Absolutely horrible company. I purchased cabinets and paid $6k in full on May 18, 2022. They were supposed to be installed around Memorial Day with the counter top coming a few days later after they cut out for the sink. Around June 13th they delivered damaged and broken cabinets and said they were coming back the next day to install. Well they never showed up to install and made it seem like I was annoying them by calling every few hours looking for an update when the installer was going to show up. Well it's now June 23rd and never heard from them again, damaged cabinets are still sitting at my office uninstalled and obviously I never received my counter top either which was all paid in full upfront. I am going thru the process of disputing my credit card to start and will do everything I can to turn away as much business as I can from these lying crooks. I spoke to **** the owner and he was just a obnoxious and arrogant, kind of like all the rest of his employees I had the misfortune of dealing with. Don't even waste your time with them, it's definitely not worth the hassle and your not saving any money with them anyway. The only reason I went there was because they said they had everything in stock for immediate delivery, which was another lie. They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them.

      BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE! This company requires balance paid in full up front and then you never hear from them again. They hire incompetent employees who cannot even measure and design accurately. Extremely poor communication, transparency, and customer service. Our cabinet project began in February 2022 and we still do not have all cabinets ordered no handles, vent hood, paneling, countertop, farm sink. Paid in full since April over $15,000. Original employee ***** measured and submitted our order wrong, adding cabinets that could not fit in kitchen space, ordered wrong cabinets, left company, then returned, then was fired. During this time the company denied us contact with any management or owner, not one employee took ownership of our account, or called us to notify us ***** was fired, did not communicate if cabinets were ordered, who was going to manage our order and delivery, I have had to reach out and call several times, being told someone would call me. went in person to location twice and was told they could not help me no management or project manager was there. Had 2 additional employees come out ******* and **** to re-measure and confirmed ***** ordered wrong, ******* ordered wrong missed order for a cabinet. It is August and still no return call no handles, no vent hood, no sink, no counter top, no update, no cabinet, no trim/paneling, voicemails are full, I have been patient and solution oriented and have given the company numerous opportunities to resolve the ongoing series of errors, and mishaps. I am going to file an official complaint to the ** board of contractors, going to utilize every social media platform, and news station to ensure that no one else has to go through what we are going through. Unacceptable. Unprofessional they take your money to expand their business but they do not take care of the paid in full customers who support their profits and expansion. They can't handle the volume of orders but are expanding. BEWARE
