On April 24, 2025 an estimator from Arizona Foundations Solutions, address listed on their website (*********************************************) is *******************************************************, came to my property to look at my pool deck. I pointed out how some of the concrete slabs had sunk. He said they could drill holes through the slab and inject foam underneath to raise the sunken slabs. I pointed out how some of the slabs were heaved up. He said they could grind them down and make the pool deck level and if there were tree roots below the slab pushing it up then the worker could dig those out. I asked if drilling holes and grinding down slabs would remove the cool deck coating on the slabs and he said the technician would fill in the holes and touch up the concrete and, though it wouldn't be a perfect match with the existing cool deck, it would be very close. He assured me my pool deck would be nice and level afterwards. I paid $1,656.14 as a down payment on April 25, 2025. The work was scheduled to be done June 3, 2025. When the worker showed up to do the work on June 3, ********************** what my expectations were. I told him what the estimator told me. The worker said that while he could inject foam under the sunken slabs to try and raise them that he could not do anything about the slabs that were heaved up. He said he didn't want to grind them down because they would get too thin and he didn't want to be responsible for them cracking. He also said that digging out tree roots to try and lower a slab is not something they do. On the other areas where he said he could grind down the raised portions, he said he would not touch up the cool deck coating. I realized at that moment that what the estimator told me could be done, actually could not be done. I also realized that if the worker were to grind down some of the slab, it would have created more work AND cost for me to then re-do the cool deck coating. I told the worker to leave and requested a refund.

The company is doing extensive hole digging and repair next door. They have been using equipment that has vibrated the ground. Today our drains backed up out of the blue They say it is not their fault and we should pay a plumber. I think the least they can do is pay a plumber. There are really no coincidences, even though they say it is one. Water is leaking out of the pipe that drains to the street right now, soaking the ground near our foundation. Next thing, we will have a foundation problem. The company already broke the neighbor's irrigation

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand your concerns regarding the drainage backup and the potential impact on your property.
Our position is that if a plumber determines the issue is directly related to our work, we will take full responsibility for the repair. However, to establish the cause, you will need to hire a plumber to assess the situation. Should the plumber's report indicate that our activities caused the issue, we will reimburse you for the necessary repairs.
We remain committed to addressing any valid concerns and maintaining open communication throughout the process. Please keep us updated on the plumber's findings, and let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.

We have spent thousands on foundation repairs with Arizona Foundation Solutions over the last several years. We have done everything they have told us to do and we are still experiencing the same issues. We have called a few times asking for them to come out and they want to charge us $250 just to come out. We shouldn't have to pay anything when this is warranty work. We've been told that a manager will contact us and nobody does. This company is a scam and they do not stand by their work. They just take your money and want to continue taking your money when there is an issue with their work or products.

      Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. We are currently working on getting back to you, and we appreciate your patience.

Just to clarify our warranty policy: we do charge for a revisit on warranty calls. However, if we find any warranty-related work is needed, we will credit this charge back to you. If any new, non-warranty work is identified, we can also apply this credit towards the cost of that work.

A manager will be in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss this further.

Thank you again, and we look forward to assisting you!

After buying a house, we noticed cracks in the foundation. We reached out to Arizona Foundation Solutions for a quote. During their inspection, they identified some of the cracks as being in an area where prior repairs had been made, indicating they would be covered by warranty. We were advised to have the previous homeowner transfer the warranty to us and pay a fee. Despite getting the necessary paperwork signed and submitted, the company has been unresponsive. They haven't returned our calls to finalize the warranty transfer or address the warranty-covered issues with their past work. Each time I call, I'm promised a callback, but it never happens.

In 2019 AZ Foundations proposed a remediation plan for our home that we agreed to and they completed the work in early 2020. The work comes with a lifetime warranty but I question their intent to honor. They have mislead me, dropped appointments, and on occasion just lied to my face and over the phone about their intentions. Our home has moved and created crack and settling in all the same exact spots and new ones. I contacted AZ Foundations in May. They sent someone for a reading. I had to contact them repeatedly to get any information at all about the next steps. Eventually they sent a crew who came out and did nothing. As I contacted the crew leader he would fail to come by, not call, apologize and then come out, look around under the house and tell me the office was working on solutions for me. This went on for 3 months and then he stopped returning calls or texts. I finally got the office to make an appointment for me. The appointment was yesterday and of course, no one showed up. No email, no call. The cracks are getting bigger and more pronounced and no one cares. I have over $30,000 in work done that I still owe $16,000 plus on but they don't care. The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Extremely disappointed with this business and how they treat customers AFTER getting their money.

In 2021, we had AZ Foundations come out to evaluate our home as we had cracks that, according to a licensed General Contractor, looked to be like more than average "settling". AZ Foundations did the readings, proposed a remediation plan that we agreed to and they completed the work. The work comes with a lifetime warranty, and after 1 year, they are to come out, do another reading and determine if there's any additional settling or work to be done. The 1 year reading was taken in Nov 22. It was a 1-2 month "struggle" to get the actual report, and when we got it, it didn't make sense, as the area of our home that was to be "lowered" with the piers installed was now actually HIGHER and the area that was to be raised was minimally LOWER. Yet, given this data, AZ Foundations made NO recommendations to do any additional work or to correct this. We have been going back and forth with the warranty department representative who has been trying to work with his engineering team to get a reasonable answer. What he told me was their response to him didn't really make sense either??!! Now, the delta in the house is even bigger than when they started, yet no one can/will reach out to get a plan and make this right. Mind you, we're 40 THOUSAND dollars into this "investment" and I expect professionalism and resolution and that is NOT what we're getting. I've given them ample opportunity to do the right thing, but I continue to be ignored; therefore, I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and the *************************** in hopes to bring this issue to resolution. Extremely disappointed with this business and how they treat customers AFTER getting their money.

I called AzFoundation solutions for foundation inspection on a home I was buying. I asked what was included and was told by ****** that after inspection I would get a report detailing solutions and costs for repairs. I was to meet ***** to go over the report but he called an hr before the appointment to say he would email it. When I called him back I asked what the suggested solutions were and costs. He said they only provide cost figures to homeowners not buyers. I stated the reason to get the inspection was find out the costs that I was told would be part of the report so I could decide whether or not to purchase the home. He apologized that I was misled. I told him I wanted a refund and he said he would forward my request to his supervisor. I havent heard anything back.

In October 2021 Arizona Foundation Solutions sent ************************************* out to take measurement and pictures of the foundation levels. Paid $595.00 cash to her. In November 2021 paid a deposit of $4185.00 from a $20,925.02 from Greensky Loan. Balance to GS Loan is $16740.02.On December 2021 AFS came and installed a Moisture Level System for $7342.76.On January 2022 AFS came out and installed three piers on the West side of the house for $9397.26 which $2798.40 was applied for concrete stitching that was never done.Unsatisfied I called AFS and talked to a supervisor, *** ***. Sent out ************************* on May 2022 the lead concrete stitch *******. She wrote quote "Held off on doing crack stitch till engineer gets with customer"***** and engineer **** came out within two weeks. **** looked at all the readings and said they were all wrong. He said to fix the original problem, which was the East side of the house not the West was going to cost us an additional $40,000.00!!My resolution would be to refund the loan from ******** plus interest charges plus out of pocket money paid to ******** of $595.00.I feel the work they have done has done nothing for my foundation. This vendor practices unethical service practices. Their owner proclaims that he self-publishes his own book and that he is well known in the industry. I have had 3 other vendors to my home to quote the same service and they have all advised that the report that I was given was misleading at best. The agency reported I needed $40k in work which is not necessary. I received a verbal commitment that a civil engineer would be in my home to review the work. This did not take place. Additionally, the civil engineer has been "shunned" by other engineers in the industry for his lack of ethics. The sales department practices a high-pressure sales pitch and "runs" to the fear of the consumer. Since the report I received was false, I am requesting a refund of the cost as I am unable to use this for any reason

      ******,
If I understand your complaint and resolution correctly, it is that you signed a contract for an engineering report sealed by a licensed professional, and we fulfilled that contract by providing that to you. This report did not recommend $40,000 of repairs. He only provided a plan that you could choose to implement at your sole discretion. Not a recommendation.  Now because you have naively believed our competitions falsehoods about us, you want your money back.
